OMYGOSH Do I love this site or what?!! I belong to a scrappin group here in Toledo, Ohio and our moderator uses your site quite often to teach us new techniques. So..I finally decided to really check you out and see what all was on here and all I can say is LOVE IT!! Can't wait to see every gallery and try every new technique! I love making 12"x12" scrapbook pages but my new passion lately has been making cards. I really need to get back to my pages, I am so behind but cards and card swaps are so much fun. Looking forward to jumping in and getting to know some fun people on here! Leslie

Welcome, I'm fairly new myself. Yes, you can spend a lifetime on here. Be sure to check out the Buy/Sell/ and Trade forums. It is cheaper than ebay and a lot more friendlier.(sp??) too early in the am. Got to run. Have a great day!

Hi, I have been lurking and have learned so much, but have gotten up my courage to post questions. Just a beginer so go easy if I ask to many dumb questions. Thanks for this forum it has helped me allot.

I have been to several stamping workshops and just signed up with Stampin' Up. I look forward to learning techniques as my sponsor recommended this site. My two daughters are ready to learn too. I hope to get this business going so I can afford to get all the stuff I want.
Hi everyone! there are so many interesting threads on this site but having never used a forum like this before I wondered if someone could tell me how I can save a link (or a bookmark) to a particular comment someone has made. For instance, I found a link to an external site in a message in the Techniques forum to an Origami box which I really liked. I struggled to find it again after I had logged off (have done now but it took time). Thanks in advance and hi from England!
I have navigated to whatever I need before and things have changed. I now have to sign in and then I am in a screen system from which I can't return. i want ti be permanently logged on and enambled to navigate the ATC swap. In particular to read/write private msgs of that forum and able to reply to the threads (eg global girls nov swap)
Just wanted to say...WOW! Didnt know about this wonderful site until just this evening! I'm hooked!!! What a treasure of ideas and just about everything else I could have dreamt about!!! Thanks much!!!!
Hi, I just joined this and what a great site! I'm still trying to find my way around. I'll introduce myself. I'm from Montana and mom to Janet-- Jdstumble ( I think she registered under that name) and lately have been making more cards than scrapbooking. She gave me a link to this site and so I decided to join too. It's going to be fun here.
Oh me too~ I think that its going to be so much fun! Its just that there is SO much, its a little overwhelming with all of the goodies & so many ideas to look at! I havent done a whole lots of cards or stamping since Easter , but w/2 young kids and one on the way, you know how that goes! So, I'm anxious to get fired up again and go from there! Glad to meet you!!! Have a great week!
Hi Marlene. You do not know me, but I am a friend of your sister Eva. I used to be Nicky's pre-school teacher. Anyway, Eva and I were talking about my new hobby, stamping. She was telling me how crafty and talented you are. So I was wondering if you could maybe hand me a few tips for stamping and answer a few stamping questions for me? Thank you for your time. Jackie.
Ok, so I've been enjoying this site for quite some time now, thought it'd be good to check in on this board to say hello! My name is Gretchyn, and I've been stamping for 15 years or so and scrapping for 7 or 8. So many great ideas and talent here! Love it.
Hi all
I have been enjoying looking at the galleries and receiving the newsletters for the last few months and decided I'd try the forums. I have found the site totally inspiring. I have been stamping and scrapbooking on and off for 10 years but never feel very confident. I would look at my friends stuff and think how do they know that? But now I'm getting wised up on techniques and ideas. Thanks so much for an incredible site and for all the people who make it up.
Smiles, Sandra
I am so excited!!! This is the first time for me doing anything like this but it just seemed so interesting and fun. Hopefully I will learn alot from this forum.
Thanks for helping.

Hi - so glad to be here in this fantastic site! Wow - so much to see with so little time. Does anyone have directions to make the candy bar slider card? I saw one with a hershey's bar - but no directions. Would appreciate any assistance!
I have tried to add/edit my signature but to no avail.
After selecting Edit Sig I type my name, highlight it then select font, size and color. When I preview it it only shows my name and all the fonts, etc.
When I post there is no signature.
Hi to everyone. I just discovered this site yesterday and I am amazed at how WONDERFUL it is. My husband, son and I moved to Adelaide, South Australia, from Scotland in July '06 and unfortunately I had to give away the bulk of my stash to family and friends (who were obviously delighted to receive their goodie boxes). We arrived here with 3 suitcases and carry on luggage only. I have been gradually rebuilding my stash since we arrived and have a nice collection of rubber stamps. Thanks to this FANTASTIC site I have learned many new techniques and can't wait to get stuck in. Thanks to Beate who helped change my login as I made a hash of it . My husband, Grant is a full-time registered nurse and I work part-time (gives me more time for stamping etc) also as an RN in the same hospital but in a different department. Hope I haven't bored you all with this looooooong post. Catherine x
Hello! I am a new member and have been taking a look around. I joined a while ago but have just now had the time to "explore". I was wondering if someone could please tell me what the WT stands for in the challenges. I know once I find out I will probably go "DUH!, I should have figured that out on my own." Can't seem to figure it out. TIA
I belong to a Stampin Up club in Ontario and also Creative Memories and was told about this awesome website. So I am new here and am going to "try" and find my way around here........if anyone has any tips for stampin' or cropping, please feel free to send me a message.........
Hi, New to the site here and still looking around and hoping to figure it all out. I've not ever belong to an online crafting type of site so forgive me if I stumble here and there. Looking forward to learning, sharing and getting to know you all.

Have you tried checking to see what file type your are trying to upload? I think they prefer .jpeg here. Any file you have will have some type of file extension added to it it's after the name of your picuture, graphic or whatever it will have a . (dot) then the extension for example flower.jpeg, or flower.gif, or flower.psp etc. etc. Some files are too large as well, you may want to check the size so that it's not too large. And other than that, I am not sure what else I can help with but maybe someone else can if this doesn't work for you.
Aloha from hawaii! My name is Jennifer, and I've been stamping for years. I've used card ideas from the gallery several times, and am just now getting around to signing up and introducing myself! There are so many talented people here; I'm looking forward to getting to know some of you better.
I NEED HELP!!
I have a picture in my gallery that I want to post but it is sideways. I tried editing it, which only fixed the picture in the edit screen. The picture in the gallery is still sideways. I have a couple of challenges I would like to enter the card in but I would really like it to be standing up not laying down Can anyone help me??
I am new to SCS. From what I have read thus far seems like I am going to get all the knowledge and then some to feed my creative spirit. Glad someone came up with this.

I found this site whlst I was browsing looking for inspiration. Wow, what a great site. I have already made a couple of the five in one boxes by following the excellent tutorial.
hiya, i am new to all of this kinda stuff, can any1 help me i am looking 4 a stamp called Santa,s collage. a picture of santa,s face. I don,t know who makes it. I am also on the lookout 4 Man unt footie strips. I know they have stopped making the strips now, but was hoping to find an outlet who might still have some in stock. ta and happy crafting.
I must be the dumbest person!! I am new here and been accepted into the RAK group but I can't find a way to send a private message to the lady that you're supposed to contact. How do you find their email? Also on each ones message how can you tell when or what date they typed it? I know in the left hand corner it says a date - I didn't know if that was their joining date or the date they wrote the message. Would be nice to know when they wrote it. Thanks for answering.
How do I unsubscribe from a specific forum email update
I was looking for a stamp set about 4 months ago and requested that I received email updates as items were posted. I have now long since found the stamp set but continue to receive the emails. How do I unsubscribe from getting those emails. I clicked on the link at the bottom of the email, but it brought me to the forum link and I am still trying to figure out how to unsubscribe. Help, please.
Go to your inbox... on the left there is a list of options... got to subscribed threads... click on the thread you wish to unsubscribe to and hit delete... puff it's gone.
