Question trouble uploading

Hi all,
I tried uploading my first card for one of the challenges, but I got a message saying I can't do something with a URL until I have posted at least three times??? I have commented on several other cards over the past few weeks, so I'm not sure what's going on. Help??

Bekah,

It shows your posts as four so you should now be able to post a URL. Comments and posts were lost when the server crashed a few days ago.

Where to start......that depends on how you like to look for things. Do you like to see as much as you can in the shortest amount of time. Or are you a methodic searcher?

I would say if you are looking for a specific topic or supply always start with searching for keywords.

I thought so too, but I just tried it again and got the same message. Thanks for trying to help!

I was surprised to see the person who sent the tips, you, was from Vancouver WA. I also live in Vancouver. I think it is the most beautiful place to live the in USA. I'm getting ready for fireworks at the fort. Thanks for the tips and happy scrapping.

Not new tp SCS, but inquiring minds want to know -- what does the "star" by the name of the stamp set in the Gallery mean?

I'm new at this whole posting thing. I found this site via a friend several months ago but am looking forward to using it a lot now that summer is here. Love the postings in the gallery and all the instructions. Very helpful!!!!

HI all!
I reread your suggestions and just keep smiling. Why you ask? I started searching for things then found this thread!!! lol I think ~no, scratch that , I KNOW I spend more time on these threads then in the gallery, etc.

Spending time with fellow crafters is fun...a true learning experience. Keep those fun times and ideas flowing.

Hi! I've browsed around the web site for about the past year. I love the gallery, techniques, and all the new ideas are inspirational. But this is the first time I have tried to post. I would love to know more about the ATC's. Any information would be great! Thanks! And what's the difference between post quick reply and go advanced ?

Hi everyone!
Thought this would be a good place to post a reply and see how my signature looks. I'm not new to looking around SCS, but I wanted to check out a template uploaded in the SU Demo forum and since I have to be a member to join that forum, I figured now would be a good time to join! Not that I don't spend enough time on here anyway when I supposed to be working . . .

Question Profile Picture

Me again. I just tried another post, and my profile picture isn't showing up. I uploaded it, and it shows up in my profile editing area, but it won't show here. How do I get it to appear? Thanks!

Cntrywmn...mind if I ask where in KS you are? We use to live outside of Kansas City (KS side).

This is the first I've been on since early this morning. Told myself I had better do laundry, shopping, etc before I sit in front of the computer! Amazing how much I got done.

Can anyone tell me how to turn subscriptions off... or something? I went and posted in a very umm... happening thread and now my email inbox is getting flooded! Can I turn them off or do I have to do it individually for each thread I reply to?

TIA!!

Go to the top of the thread that you are getting and click thread tools. It will give you the option to unsubscribe.

Wow! There's a lot of stuff here to look at. I was wandering if I can find a model for a box. So if you can help me, that could be great!

Dunkin,
I'm from Hutchinson. I don't live there anymore, but my parents do. All sorts of other relatives all over KS too, so we're back there quite a bit.

Carole, you are not alone. I ,too, want to add/change things.
Welcome~~~do you have any suggestions on how to do the first day/week of my dd's birth? I still have bands from hospital, footprints , even 2 pages of contractions...time/length and severity!
Unfortunately only one photo of me and dd in hospital and that is a poloroid! It has many cracks in it....gosh, that means my daughter has really aged (not me of course). Once I do that I only have a few more pages then will be done!

HI Dunkin,
I was having trouble signing in, so here goes...
Have you tried scanning the poloriod into your computer and then 'erasing' the cracks on the photo?

Wow, you can do that? What a great idea. To "erase" the cracks do you have to have a special program? Hey, I wonder if I can "airbrush" some of my photos!!!
