Smile Newbie Alert!!
Hi everyone! After countless hours of watching YouTube videos, looking through the gallery and tutorials, I decided to actually join SCS!
I, like many other members, it seems, got into stamping after making my wedding invitations a year and a half ago...they weren't very good. I bought a Cuttlebug and a used Cricut machine with some other basic necessities with the intention of selling it all after the thank you notes were done. Wellllll, that didn't happen. I now have a dedicated craft space with tons of cardstock, pattern paper, stamps, dies, embellishments etc etc. More than I will ever use or need. It is all just so darn ADDICTING!! I would rather spend my money on new stamps and dies then makeup and clothes...so sad. But my craft room and cardmaking is truly my happy place!
So it's great to be here and can't wait for all the amazing inspiration I am sure to get from this site

Hi and welcome from New Zealand! You are so right - stamping and card making is very addictive! I don't even wear makeup as I would rather buy stamp pads! Happy you in your happy place!

Hi Dentalchick....welcome to SCS! Everyone here is so kind...if you have any questions be sure to ask because there is always someone here who can help. You are going to love all the inspiration here. I have met some sweet people here. A lady from Vegas turned out to practically be my neighbor less than a mile away from me. We stamp together as often as possible! We may never have met if it wasn't for this site!
