Greeting SCS! I have been using the web site for years to get inspiration for cards. For 2017 I have decided to overcome my aversion to online social media and so have decide to become a member and take part in the many offerings of the site. I am finally brave enough to post some cards, many of which come from inspiration that I have gotten from so many of you over the years. I am excited to take part in some of the monthly challenges and make some online stamping friends.

Hi Susie - thanks for your long distance reply. I am coming down under next month for a 3 week holiday, We will be flying into Melbourne to start our journey!
Glad to have you with us, Claudette. You will find that SCS is not like some of the other social media sites. Folks here are very friendly and helpful, and there is seldom a discouraging word.

Ladies All! Thanks for you kind and welcoming words of encouragement. I am having a blast so far and can't wait to tackle the challenges. Although given my slow thought process - they will likely be posted later than most. I am amazed at how quickly the wheels turn for so many who post gorgeous cards for these challenges. Hopefully as I get more into it my creativity will start to flow more easily!
