Hi I`m new to the forum even though I`ve been visiting the website for many years.
My name is Alison, I`ve been married to Alan for 25 years and have a 19 year old Son James. We have a very boysrous dog called Scooby who came to us as a rescue pup - he`s now 8 years old.
I`ve been a crafter all my life. I started knitting at the age of 6 and was knitting my own clothes by the time I was 16. I also crochet.
I love papercrafts and cardmaking, everything from decoupage to rubber stamping a home decor.
I work as a staff nusre on a trauma orthopaedic ward. I`m just coming up to my 30th Anniversary as a nurse.
Look forward to chatting with you and sharing my ideas
Welcome to you. I live in Oklahoma, but love all things UK - your charming accents, your culture, your Queen, and I love, love reading British mysteries.
This is a great place for information and inspiration.

Hi Alison and welcome from New Zealand! Well done on your 30 years as a nurse - a wonderful achievement. You are clearly very creative too!
