Terrific! I love Weight Watchers. I'm a Lifetime member working to get back to goal - for the last time! As mentioned, tracking is the key. Unless you're doing Simply Filling (and I don't trust myself to do that), IMHO you're not really doing the program at all unless you're tracking. My other big WW soapbox is this - don't be afraid of the weekly points. Lots of people seem to think it's cheating to use them, but it's not! You need to experiment to find out what the right balance is for you, but many of us find that we lose better if we use some or all of the weeklies. My personal system is to eat all activity points plus between 20 and 30 of the weeklies. If I eat less than that, I actually tend to gain instead of lose! I'm down 45 pounds since March, and less than 20 pounds from goal.
