Well, let's see, my kindle app gets used a ton! I have a sudoku app which mostly gets used when we're in airports.....waiting....

I have a few other little games here and there, the tripadvisor app, the yelp app (both of which are great if you're a traveller), Flipboard (which is kinda like an online magazine/facebook organizer/reader) and a few for Disney as we're heading off to Orlando in another week. I mostly just try out the free ones. My husband has a paid star gazing one that is absolutely fantastic!

I tend to use mine a lot for late night email and web browsing and I'm not too much of an app junkie!

I use my Kindle app a lot, then there is Facebook, and Twitter. I have Grocery Pro for my shopping lists, The Weather Channel, ETSY, Amazon, Weight Watchers and Words with Friends.

I love the idea of Grocery Pro...will go check it out.

Lori-I use Flipboard and love it. I'm so jealous.....I would love to go to Disney World again. This time as empty nesters. I think my husband and I would consider it a romantic getaway! So much love at Disney...the staff everywhere you go is amazing!

My husband and I went to Orlando in 2003 (in our mid 30's) and absolutely loved the whole experience. This time my mom is treating us as well as my sister, brother in law and my niece (nearly and nephew (nearly 6) so we are expecting to have quite a different experience with the kids. It's only for a week so I'm sure the time will fly by!

Jim and I are hooked on a Mahjong game..different from others you may have played...will go and look up the name. Ryan got Jim hooked on Mexican Train dominoes...we all love that game.

Jim uses his Kindle App WAY more than me...but I use mine too. It's mostly just a play toy for us.

It works with your Kindle account but runs on your iPad. Whatever you're reading on your Kindle is also synched with your iPad so you can leave off on one device and pick up on another without having to manually figure out what page you were on on the other device.

You can also read at night with the iPad (or in the dark) which you can't do with Kindle (although seems to me there are lit ones and colour ones now) so that's another benefit of having the Kindle app on your iPad.
