How long does it take for an order to ship?

Hello,
I placed an $80 order on 1/23/12 and it is 2/5/12 today and it still says that the order is processing...is that normal? How long does it usually take an order to ship from stamping bella? This is my first order.
I paid with paypal, instantly, btw.

Any insight?

Send Em an email... She may be waiting for a portion of your order so that it can be sent complete. I hear Ramona ended up being very popular! she always answers back.

I am also concerned. I placed my first order with Stamping Bella on February 16th. I also emailed Emily a couple of days ago, but have not received a response.

There are so many lovely products I would like to order, but am now hesitant and would like to be reassured that Stamping Bella is a good place to shop.

I ordered from Australia and it took a week that was towards the end of last year.

I was so excited to place my order with Stamping Bella, but unfortunately I am disappointed and may have to try canceling my order. I emailed Emily, but have not received a response. Is this typical? I am not sure what to do.

Edited to add: I emailed Emily again and received an immediate response. I am feeling more assured and look forward to getting my first set of Stamping Bella stamps.

You never have to worry about not receiving an order.... Sometimes something that you ordered may have sold out and they are waiting to receive more in to ship your order complete. I have been ordering from Em since she opened her online store. I probably place an order every month. I have never ever had an issue.

You have no idea how excited I am to get the stamps. The Anne of Green Gables stamp (Prince Edward Island) is what led me to Stamping Bella. I've been wanting an Anne of Green Gables stamp forever!

Once I browsed the site, my wishlist grew. I ordered SEVEN stamps to get my Bella collection started.
