I love peeking into other people's tool bags.. Is that weird? Lol. Would love to know what your favorite
Tools are.. For stamping, fine arts, mixed media...
Etc.
I love my stampies of course! ranger archival black ink pad, my tonic cutter.. My gesso, cutterbee scissors.. Good sketching pencils,
A journal.. Well I'd depends what craft
I am focusing on!
The things that never move off my desk are my copics, faber castel pencils, momento tuxedo black ink, versamark and clear/white ep, my special ultra fine pencil, gridded mounting block and mini trimmer and my silhouette cameo. I use my dies and embossing folders a lot too but there's no room on the desk for them - the dies are mounted on noticeboards covered with magnetic sheets so I can see them all at once. Currently my favourite tool is my silhouette though - am still learning all the fun stuff I can do with it but now honestly don't know how I lived without it! My other new fave is my fiskars stamp press which I find invaluable for use with big stamps or for when you want to do multiple cards the same quickly. I'd also be pretty lost without my heat gun. oh and my stamps of course!

no don't resist - I know they are expensive (although you can pick up the mini now for about £100 - it is honestly THE BEST investment I ever made in my craft room. You can create cut files for ANY stamp you own

A bonefolder and tape gun are used on everything, stamps, Cuttlebug (it's funny I have a digital Wishblade cutter that I got 4 years ago and used maybe 10 times and my good old cuttlebug gets used almost daily). After these necessities the things I always keep in stock are 3D dots, icicle Stickles, rhinestones and I'm still building my Copic collection but I'm sure they'll make my top 10 list soon.
My newest, most favorite tool is this little metal cuticle pusher I found for use with my Spellbinder dies. The tip sort of looks like a thin shallow scoop - it's slightly concave at the end and tapers to a thin flat end; perfect for sliding between the paper and the die (like on the Moroccan Accent pieces or picot edged circles). Any of the dies that have intricate cutouts where the paper sticks.
My 2nd favorite tool of the moment I stole from my cross-stitching stash. It's a thread puller - AKA, a blunt ended size 14 emboidery needle threaded thru wire and attached to a string of pretty beads for easy of holding and use. It pops the paper out of those itty-bitty spots in the die where it makes a clean cut and sticks in the tiny cutout of the die. It's not a sharp point and perfect for easy cleanup!

ohhhh this is a good list! What do you think of the cameo.. I love what it can do but I am also a die "purist" and love the vagabond
My essentials are: Ranger Glossy Accents...Memento Tuxedo black ink & copic markers...Viva ice white pearl pen...pearls & rhinestones.
Oh and I'd have an anxiety attack if my Cuttlebug broke...I'm always worried someone will break in & steal all my dies...I regularly try & disguise them under things just in case (we've had several break-ins in my street).
Does all of them count? I constantly use my ATG, Tim Holtz ruler and his scissors as well as my tiny cutterbee scissors. Ultra-fine point black Sharpie and Ranger archival ink pad. Last, I'll add Beacon's glue. OH and all my alcohol markers...only a few things.

I use my Fiskar's Rotary paper cutter every day. I also have three scoring boards, all
Scor-Pal, and I use them all! The Scor-Buddy for Cards, The New Scor-Pal 12x12 for envelopes, and my old trustworthy original Scor-pal for boxes and stuff! I love my ATG gun too, and my Tombo Mono multi-liquid glue green top. I am also a nut for Lazy Susan tool keepers! I have the Pampered Chef tool keeper, One large Lazy Susan I keep my clear blocks and Copicss and other drawing tools on, and one medium Lazy Susan where I keep my ATG, and the current stamp sets I am using, along with my stash of fine tipped scissors. I keep various jewelers tools handy on a Lazy Susan for my card making because they help poke, pierce, bend, pull and twist anything I might have a mind to do!
