Hi Emily--- Retro Dolly here......just thought it might be fun if your design team members (or perhaps organize a separate bellajournal design team) could choose the weekly journal theme and that DT member is then responsible for choosing their top three favorite submitted enteries. The top pick winners would be awarded the ability to proudly display the (ever so creative bella created) art journaling badge on their personal blogs. Perhaps those top picks could also be awarded some bellabucks to spend in your store. Just some thoughts......
I LOVE AJ Mondays....just gotta throw that in here. I'll admit, I hedged and hedged, read blogs, tried to find a 'style' that suited me. then i took a few online classes from Roben-Marie Smith, Christy Tomlinson and Suzi Blu and between them I got more comfortable. I would love to take a doodling class, but I know I just don't have the time so I'm gonna stick with what I am comfortable doing for now. But who knows what the future will hold!
I love AJ mondays and my computer should be up and running again within a day or two so I can start posting on my blog (Crafty Violet's Chaos) and submitting my pages and cards to Emily at Stampin' Bella. I have been so lost without my computer for two weeks. Hubby's laptop has none of my stuff on it so its only good for browsing the Net as far as I'm concerned.
Love the AJ monday pages - so many talented people. I just wing it myself - cannot afford lessons so I just experiment. Fun to play with paint and gesso and paper.
