You guys are grossing me out with your c-section stories!! C-sections make me want to puke in general...let alone actually FEELING THE CUT! UUGGGHHHH.....

I did not have a c-section in my life (and hope the reason to have one do not come up for the rest of my life) so I don't know what having your flesh sliced into feels like. (Ugh...just typing that made me sick~ insert puking smilie~)

That's funny, though!! The girl who loves horror movies can even think about a c-section without turning green! <-----me thinking about a c-section...minus the smile!

School was SO LONG today....no longer than any other day in reality...but it just seemed so long. I am glad to be home...but now I have a million things to do before bed. At least I don't have homework tonight!

I can't watch any one getting cut. We watched that Jack the Ripper movie with Johhny Depp, which isn't even a scary movie, but I hid my face for half of it. That said, once they were done cutting, I watched Ezra and Amelia being delivered.

Get the kids homework done
Get my homework done - NONE TO DO!!! YAY!
Plan for tomorrows supper
My shower
Nick's shower
Jarod's shower

Pick out my clothes for tomorrow
Pick out kids clothes for tomorrow

Cutting and needles...CANNOT WATCH AT ALL!

And you are amazing! I don't think I could have watched if I had a c-section. When I was having my kids they offered a mirror so I could watch the birth...I said "HECK NO! I'll see them when they have cleared that area!" All that stuff makes me ill. Reason #1 why I could not be a doctor!

By the way, I didn't watch Jack the Ripper...but, knowing now that there are a lot of cutting scenes, I know I will not be watching it! I always cover my eyes and say "Tell me when it's over, please!"

I'm off to pick out three outfits of clothes for tomorrow while the kids are playing outside. Then it is in the house for them and homework time!

Lee asked me to post for her...

Someone from the Sheriff's dept met them this morning at their rental property. The squatters (her words! ) had already left a bunch of JUNK for them to take care of. They not only got to pay to have the Sheriff's dept to come out, but they also get the joy of paying someone to come pick up the junk. Oh.... did I mention, they had to haul it out of the house & only had an hour to do so???? Yup! They had some help, including a strong 18 year old young man who had a strong back!

They got the locks changed & then went to Home Depot to buy a new toilet + a long list of other stuff... including every cleaning supply known to man for their sweet daughter to put to use.

The house is filthy & reeks of smoke. (understatement of the year! ) She's exhausted & HURTS....

So, that's the update on her day...

I can't even imagine cleaning a house after that! Yuck! I don't think I could be a landlord.

Paula, glad you have some help today. Enjoy while you can.

gone all day today

dryer drama so more work and money ahead for us

Oh my ...how awful for Lee regarding rental.
at Lee's movie comments, would be very much fun to have a movie day or night!!

Paula, glad to hear that you are handling things ok. I know it's not fun. Glad you have help the rest of the week.

Misti, SO cute about the measuring! So cute!

I am still getting the dumb google issue....I hope they clear it soon, I don't like "proceeding at my own risk" although I know it's been fixed!!!

Patricia, I hope school is going ok.

Melissa, Hope you start to feel better!

Cher, I am remembering when I had something, I think bronchitis, I worked pay roll for an offshore diving company and I would work 50 hours one week and 70 the next to get out the payroll and I was so sick on one of those 70 hour work weeks that I ended up on the floor on the DIRTY FRONT door office mat because I couldn't sit up any longer. That was a bad one!!! Had totally forgotten about that until I read your story. Bleck!

Kra - Yum on the apples!!!!!! Your house must smell delicious!

Well, it was one of those nights and I guess it's time to get out of here! I missed my opportunity to watch Sense and Sensibility. Maybe the weekend!

I am off to straighten the stamp room before bed!

Angie, are you using Google Chrome? I had to go in & unclick the malware notification, clear my cache & then go back in & click the malware notification. So far, it seems to be working.

Did I mention that I was getting braces? I've always hated my smile and when I found out how reasonable they were and that my insurance would cover a good part of the cost I decided to go for it. So,.... Today I got my invisilign "trays". The dentist did some work on my teeth and adhered "bumpers" on them to help the trays stay inplace. Well I gotta tell you I feel like a teenager! Don't know what I was expecting but they are annoying! And i was a little embarassed to smile at the grocery store. I'm not hurting too bad but we will see if I'm able to sleep.

Hi ladies - I'm finally back home and caught up with you all and nearly ready for bed.

Lee - How horrible that you're having to deal with all that stuff. It's a shame that people think so little of other's property.

Misti - funny story about the boy. 1/8" is a big deal to some. LOL

Kra - apple anything is great in my book.

Paula - glad mommy's there to take care of you today.

Cher - glad Zack is back. I'm sure you missed that little bundle of energy.

All the talk about c-sections is just too funny when you add the ooos from Patricia.

Hope y'all all had a nice day today.

In the upper right corner, click on the 3 horizontal lines right next to the star. Click on Settings
Scroll down to Show Advanced Settings & click on it
Go down to Privacy
Uncheck -- Enable phishing and malware protection

Clear your cache & then you can follow the steps to go back in & check that again.

Hopefully that works!

Good morning ladies. Oh Dear Lord help me make it through this day. I am up wwwaaaaaaayyyyyyy earlier than I would like to be today but the car is still in the shop and I am having to take dd2 to work so I can use hers today to teach a class and run an errand. God said be thankful in everything so I am thankful that dd2 lives with us and her vehicle is working....I'm thankful I did wake up on this side of the dirt....I'm thankful that I do have a class to teach today (cause that gives me crafting money)...and I'm thankful that the class is only 4 hours long.

Hope y'all have a good day....chat with you later.

Thanks for the update on LuvLee's situation...which isn't lovely at all! I do not want to be a landlord either...kilz will help when repainting...this house had smokers in the original owners...but the ceiling still shows areas of cream rather than white! We've gutted the entire house over time except the main floor ceiling...we only scrapped and repainted...LOTS.OF.WORK.

On the Malware...I continued to get the message until this morning...it let me in normal so they must have fixed the Google Chrome issue as well...(if I cleared my cache I would be gone...I can't remember my SCS password...or I'd have to start over with #1 post and a new name!)

janeenk...is this the weekend you are away during the day? I hope the your GILBERT will listen to the feel of his body as it is still in recovery mode...and that he will only participate when he feels best...and that he won't relapse.

Braces...I've known a few adults who have done it and after the struggle it was worth the pain...

Is Mollymoo still sleeping?

pcousins13...you are a great student...

Another bushel of apples is calling my name...going to start with apple butter again this morning...run to town for a couple errands while it starts baking...then start plain applesauce...

Good morning, beautifuls!!! I feel surprisingly ok! I can't open my mouth wide and I have to keep my volume pretty low when I talk and i do feel like i'm at about half speed, but, honestly, right now I do not feel like I had surgery. Still so glad Jeff is home because I think it would be very easy to overdo it and loosen the clots. I'm going to try to do some things today, home, crafty, and otherwise, but all low impact!

Kramomma, there is an option to reset your password, you wouldn't have to start over. I've reset mine several times. It's actually advised to reset passwords to prevent others from hacking your account. I'm sure your tech support would help you get logged in.

Paula, glad your feeling well this morning.

Donna, have a good day!

Today
Kitchen routine
Garden routine
Bake something
Mini mission
Craft something

"They" recommend changing your password every month, I don't change mine that often, but I do change them frequently.

Good morning y'all!

Woke up a bit tender in the mouth but not sure if the headache was from this or caffein. I'm supposedmtomtry and wear the trays 22 hours a day. Out to eat/drink anything but water. Brush then back in.

Paula so glad you are doing ok! did your teeth come out pretty easy? When I had mine out (many years ago!) they had to break them out! I was in a lot of pain. Of course it was a military dentist so they sent me home with Tylenol. Can you say midnight trip to the emergency room!!!

All the talk about apples yesterday, I'm wanting apple pie! We'll see.

Cher, I have no idea! They said it went well, but they put the IV in and the mask on my face and I kept thinking when will they start and then I realized it was over and I was taking a nap in a quiet corner with a blanket on me. For real.
