I'm out of bananas. :/ It will be pumpkin, but with chocolate chips for the kids and pumpkin pecan for Jeff. I love it all!

Would a peppermint help with the gagginess? That was one of my morning sickness tricks.

plans got changed. glad the house was CLEAN. Gilbert's boss wanted to come over and talk with us a bit. (one and half hours later....) was glad I had CLEAN house and fresh baked muffins to serve him.
My tip for cleaning muffin pans. I do not use liners, i like the muffins baked right in the pan, I stick them under hot soapy water immediately, while they are still hot, scrub them up quick as the crumbs are all loose now, then rinse and pop them back into the still hot oven and let them dry in there. they don't get rusty, they are clean, they are dry. FUN!
Time to head to the post office then drag them clothes down.

headache is gone but I feel exhausted...bread/buns are baking...cake is baked and cooling...

Dora is on my lap, Twix is on her bed...

Need to make master bed and wash dishes...made chocolate pudding which I did not need...and now that I ate some...well...it's not like I remember it...too sweet...too chocolatey...could it be that I don't eat much of either anymore and it doesn't have the old appeal?

3 timers going for the bread/buns...I'll surf while I wait...

Post op exam happened today and all looks well! 2 more weeks of lifting restrictions and lying low. After that I get to slowly start adding in normal activities. I am getting ready! I have gained 3 pounds in 2 weeks which I'm sure is from sitting on my duff too much. Grrr! I've lost 30 pounds in the last year and I don't enjoy putting ANY weight back on my body!!! Oh well....

Joyce, that stinks!!! Maybe you should go to the doctor? If it's a stomach bug they could give you something for the nausea maybe?

I have about 30 minutes before taking the kids to a little harvest festival thing the HOA does. I'm going to mix up muffins for Jeff and then work on folding laundry until it's time to go. We're having chicken soup for supper with the leftover chicken from last night so that will be easy once we get home.

But yeah...I walked in the client's office this morning...and to my favorite person, I said..."It's gonna SNOW_MAN!" She busted out laughing.

It's a damp bone chilling cold...means late fall.

And you got your first snow.

Early.

Is that early for y'all?

I'd have chuckled too...

Actually on Monday we had flakes too...but...they were just light flakes that if you weren't looking out a window you wouldn't have known there were there...I'd call them misty flakes...like misty rain...

And...no not to the early...but nothing sticks at this point....normally...

Melissa, We don't get wind very often in this part of GA but it was windy today!!!! Quite chilly when used to high 80's/90's. Supposed to dip to 37 here tonight. Yowza!

Kra, glad you are feeling better

Joyce, hoping you take a turn for the better soon.

Paula, I have gone and rewritten my description on my HYCCT card. I should have left it blank the first time. I was in such a hurry to write it up that I am not sure I made sense and I know it was a more of a grammatical horror than usual! Just as I was writing up my card Steve called and told me he had locked himself out of his car and needed me to come and rescue him. I dashed off my thoughts, I hope it makes more sense now! I am off to make some comments. The gallery for your challenge is SO much fun to look at!

Hope everyone had a good afternoon.

Steve asked me in a very cross voice why the heat was set to 74!!!!!!!!! I told him that I set it to 68 NOT 74.

Elisabeth told me LONG after dad went to bed, "Oh, I was freezing so I turned it to 74!"

We are back to 68 INSIDE but I have been in my sweat jacket all night! Supposed to get to 37 before morning!

Feeling quite puny so I have a chore yet to do and off to bed I go!

Night everyone!

Oh good!!!! I am glad about the description.

Is it warm like sweating or warm like pleasant?

We were truly enjoying some beautiful warm days without humidity (no A/C needed) before this little chilly snap.

My list for today...

make granola
bake ccc
make caramel corn
make grocery list-for tomorrow
fill van
library

Look through new books from the library (they bought both of these that I requested! Books ) I get them for 3 weeks...wonder what I can make...then I'll renew them for 3 weeks...

By then I'll be so busy the wedding preparations that I'll wait to check them out again after the first of the year...then repeat the process!!!!

LOL! It's 33 here. We finally got to turn on our heat yesterday. Lovely!!! But I always seem to get sick when we first turn it on... I must be allergic to dust bunnies... go figure. Underneath that cute exterior, those bunnies are dangerous!!

Today is choir and lessons day, so not much else on my list.

Is it warm like sweating or warm like pleasant?

We were truly enjoying some beautiful warm days without humidity (no A/C needed) before this little chilly snap.
In the shade it was pleasant, in the sun I was sweating. It's just hard to dress right now because the weather is right on the cusp.

Yesterday I put away all my wonderful bright light summer clothes and I had to wear tights, cami, sweater, corduroy, for bible study last night. I am so SAD. Boo hoo! It snowed yesterday, bah! But it is not the snow so much as the many damp cold grey days that we get far too many of. It has been grey now since Sunday and it is grey and overcast again today. Time to hibernate in my stamping room and come out in April. See y'all then!
