If you had Kramomma's temps, you could store your food on the back porch & it would be okay!

Oh thank heaven! As for her dh, some people just aren't good at handling things. Let's hope it's because he couldn't live without her. And bless you DDS heart, some people have to be the rock. I've been both, I'm glad God gave me the strength to be the rock for my kiddos when Zack was born!

You're so right. He has never been good at handling stressful things. When they were told that their son would be born with some serious health issues he literally went to his bed for 2 days and could not comfort his wife at all. Because of all that I was able to be in the delivery room with the 2 of them as HIS support person. His own father said he had no idea where he got it from. She has been his rock through thick and thin. I'm very thankful she has been able to handle it and when she needed help, I'm thankful that I have been able to be there like you with Zack.

Boy Paula, you have been one busy momma today.

I have not gotten anything on my list done except the traveling. Tomorrow is a new day, we'll see what it has to hold.

Good night my friends.

Had a brilliant idea as I walked down the hall this morning...

Am not going to PO today to mail 2 packages (one is a birthday one that I hope won't be late by waiting)...but...if I wait to mail the packages on Monday then I can make a little something yummy to put in the package and maybe it won't be stale when it arrives priority...

I'm thinking I'm quite smart right now this morning at 5:38 AM!

I had thought of it the other day, but thankful for the reminder today. That means I need to take any ebay packages to the OKC Airport PO this weekend.

I also have a birthday package to mail. Or have something shipped instead. Best figure that out today and do it tomorrow!

Moving it forward so I can keep up with it.

To do for the day
eat breakfast
take am meds

Now for my running list of things to do

Kitchen area
wipe down cabinet doors
clean out frig

Living room
dust
clean table at dh's chair

Halls/Foyers
clear unnecessary items away & put them away

And the specific daily list
Daily mini missions

Thursday
Go to my dad's to help him with his project (my part is the computer part) and then dinner with him & the step
Go by Sherriff's office and pick up my dad's concealed carry permit
Go by college to let someone else see the 31 catalog

Finish up some paperwork for 3 big classes coming up in the next 2 weeks so I can send them for printing

Slowly but surely I'm knocking this stuff out. Whew I'm so glad

Ouch! Dash her plans, and she was so pleased with herself.

But, it's good you let her know!

Good morning y'all!

Last nights church meal went well. I ended helping with the whole project. Prep work, serving, and cleanup. It's a great way to meet people in the church. And giving back feels good.

Today is a home day. Woohoo! Guess I need to make a list, but basically
Coffee
Breakfast
Lay something out for dinner
Morning routine
Weekly home blessing
Workout

Not complaining, but I'm thankful that its not gonna rain for a few days!

Well, I wasn't sure. I can never remember what the PO closes for and doesn't. I was going to be mad if they didn't close for Veteran's Day, though!

Good morning.

Donna, my husband is my rock, and I'm very lucky that dd has the ability to step up to the plate when is needed. I am very blessed that's for sure. Me, I do what needs to get done, when it's needed then cry like a baby when its over.

Today
Mini mission, its a good day to do windows as its raining. The inside of them anyway.
Kitchen routine
Laundry routine
Spare room spruce up.

I just posted my Queen post. Probably the last one, lol! The fridge is back on so need to see if that did the trick or if we're all getting a new fridge for Hanukkah.

I get so distracted!!! Came over here from stamping desk to look up a tutorial. Got distracted by this oh so comfortable desk chair my sweet DH brought home from work (rescued from work, they were tossing it) The guy told him he must be hard up if Steve was bringing this thing home. It's heaven to me!!! Distracted by my nice comfy chair, I thought i would just read one page here. Thinking, yes, I could go wash the kitchen window...hmmm...easy, that depends if I do the little ones or the big bay one.....then I wondered, why am I sitting at the computer, at SCS? OH yeah, I am going to look up a tutorial!!!

SHE's at it again! Or is it "give a mouse a cookie" ? Is there a difference? Hmmmm

I never want to spend $800! I very much hope it starts working. Freezer is fine now, fridge is not coming along as quickly.

Especially useful during the holidays!

Mine here in Texas is not as reliable. But I'm hoping it will be this year!

K. Just read one page. I cleaned the crisper drawer...ewww, how did that stuff get so old w/o me knowing it? ....also cleaned the lentils noodles shelf in the pantry. I really should have taken a before pic but I only took the after pic. I love decluttered stuff! Seems I just decluttered this, wait, was that two years ago?

Janeen - I use my outside frig (my back porch) especially during the holidays. Fortunately, most of the time it is cool enough out there to let things cool from Nov - March or so.

I have to say, also, I LOVE your picture. Love how neat and clean it looks.

NIGHTMARE HAPPENING...

I just went to the freezer to get 5 pounds of flour and to my shock there were only 3 bags...

HOW CAN THAT BE?

Uhm...Wally I need to see you tonight when I'm in Faribault...can not be left with only 10 pounds of flour in the freezer (of course I have at least 40 pounds of wheat berries that I could grind wheat flour...BUT...NIGHTMARE!)

Okay...I feel much better having told SOMEONE...

Oh...and when I go to Faribault tonight I would also like to stop at Aldi...you know their mini-chocolate chips are only $1.29 a bag...and I need a few more...I'm sure I only have about 25 bags in the basement fridge...

Janeen - I use my outside frig (my back porch) especially during the holidays. Fortunately, most of the time it is cool enough out there to let things cool from Nov - March or so.

I have to say, also, I LOVE your picture. Love how neat and clean it looks.
Oh...but hers wouldn't be a fridge...it will be a FREEZER during those months!!!!

Ok, I know where I'm going to live in event of the zombie apocalypse. There will still be cookies at kramomma's!

Well, I don't know if it will look any better, but my fridge and freezer are clean, the oven is clean, and and as much of the floor as you can see when the fridge is pulled out is clean, too.

you got that right, Kra. yes we have to be very careful with things we put in the garage that they don't freeze if that is our intent.
