Wow, that is a lot of embossing folders! Would love to see them all. Have fun at expo. Make sure to list all the new things I need so I can look for them online.

I only managed to get the dining room, hall bathroom and entry done today. But that only leaves 4 rooms and my house will be cleaned top to bottom.

I should point out that because I love one of the shirts so much and because it has some bleach stains so I'm not sure Goodwill would even take it, I am going to make it into a little shopping bag.

Hey all. I'm exhausted! But I feel good about volunteering. And, I had a really good group of kiddos.

Did a bit of shopping in town couldn't find any extra stamps for Zack card so I'll work with what I have. I was really hoping for a yee haw! Oh well.

Came home with a headache and have sat on my massage chair for an hour. It has helped. So will a good nights sleep!

Brought home pizza for ds and me. Dh working.

I'm going to look closer later, no yeehaw at first glance. I do have this cowboy in stamp form Billy Cowboy on Stick Horse Clip Art by Pink Cat Studio | Pink Cat Studio and a 'howdy partner'

We've got a storm brewing. It's cold (58*) and windy (50 miles/hr) and the rain is coming down in buckets! Bring on the thunder and the lightening and we will be all set! I do love a good storm...especially when we (including Brent!) are all in the comfort of our home and do not need to go outside!

could you create something? digital and print? I suppose it would have to be on it's own, adhered to the already-put-together card...

cleaned out my car... got it 1/2 vacuumed and the shop vac started to overheat. (at least that's what I think is happening as it smells 'hot')... I've researched it some and it could be that the filter needs to be cleaned OR the bearings need to be oiled. That 2nd option could be a challenge as I have no idea what to look for or where

The girls should almost be at J&K's; I have the house to myself this weekend. I think it's time for a quiet & relaxing evening. Not sure whether I'll watch a movie or grab my book. It would be nice to finish it (Wuthering Heights). OR I could work on a card or two

It's the fault of LuvLee and kraanne...yep...and add in scraperwannabe cause she told me I could use brands other than Cuttlebug...and that opened companies I had only drooled over on the internet...

Now...well...it shows you how easily I can become addicted...good thing I don't smoke, drink or chew...and I didn't date men that do...

Embossing folders work well for a cheap addiction actually...much cheaper than stamps...and last longer than Washi tape! (Washi tape addiction is mollymoo's fault...and I'm so glad I got her to come out of lurkdom again! )

Pick up 50 things in the living room
Declutter 10 hard things - stuff I still like a whole lot, but really don't need
You may not have done much around the house but you made up in spades with all the other things you did.

I'm like everyone else "10 hard things" WOW!! I may have to try that one day though. Since we are having a yard sale (dd1 & I) the 3rd of August I guess I better get busy with those 10 hard things. dyt

BTW Paula - Glad dh is doing OK and resting. Like you said that is the best thing for him right now. The more his eyes are closed the less he tries to use the one that had surgery.

Kramamma - glad the Kub took care of PS.

Suzanne - I totally agree with what you said. I'm the oldest and there's 10 years between me and my brother who lives 75 miles away with his wife and quads. I don't think I'd be missed until one of the kids needed something.

That is amazing - you got all of your upstairs top to bottom and 3 areas of the main floor top to bottom all this week. I'm impressed.

A moment of truth...On the table is also the original holder that Kub had for embossing folders before he left home...uhm...it holds 25...now it holds all the "slim" embossing folders and I have a photo box that has 106 embossing folders in it!
I don't think its OCD to take pics in alpha by company - that's just good planning - you don't want 2 of the same think like I've done. BUT 25 slim and 106 regular embossing folders. I'm like some others - I want to bring some card stock and play for a while. I'll even bring my big shot. LOL

I think you've made your 10 hard items with just this list but you listed more on the previous page. Way to go!

They do provide a beautiful light show. When it rains I wish I had a tin roof too. I think the next time we have to have the house re-roofed we'll do the tin roof.

Cher - Volunteering with kids is a wonderfully rewarding thing. I'll be doing that off and on come the fall when MOPS starts back. Hope your headache continues to ease.

Edith - Oops about the vacuum. I really need to hit mine as well. Maybe I'll add that to dd2's list. As far as what you'll do - I agree with others do a bit of it all and that soaky bath sounds good too.

make a list of chores for dd2 to work off her room and board (got a couple on my mind already - rake leaves from mailbox area and make it look clean, clean windows, put her things in the attic just to start with)

Hope everyone has a great day today.

I've gotten all the boxes sorted into categories and put 4 of the 7 into the 1st of the 2 2drawer file cabinets. When dh gets up (please let it be soon, I'm tired of watching my noise levels) I'll pull the 2nd one out of my craft room and (please let there be enough room in it) finish my filing for now. Yeah!!! There was enough room in the 2nd one for all the other stuff.

In the mean time I'm going to break down boxes for recycling

I also need to pull some birthday cards for my aunt who will be 85 next week and get them in the mail. And work on the above list for dd2. Addressed, stamped and ready for the mail.
Well home from dinner and started that load of clothes. I got some things for tomorrow's list as well.

I think that's a great idea... that way you'll always have it with you

Mansfield Park and Northanger Abbey I've only read once. The other 4 I've read at least 4 times.

Just watched an awesome Firefly documentary. Now I want to watch the series all over again.

It's 4:45 and I have been awake for the last hour and a half. Insomnia is not my friend.
