Oh, kramomma! I'm so sorry! That is no fun at all! I hope you get a nap today or at least go to sleep early tonight! And I can't even move my fridge so I guarantee you that's not happening.

Joyce, hugs! I'm sure it's frustrating feeling limited by your body. I was getting a little green-eyed about how clean your house is and how effortless it seems to be for you. Little by little you'll get more energy! And very little by very little my house improves.

All stocked!
My grocery store had a sale last week for TP, laundry detergent and shaving cream. Shaving cream was 10 for 10, which is half price so I picked up 10. I keep saying we really need to start using what we have, but I never pass up a good deal.

Girl if I were you I would be enjoying those babies while you can, the house work will wait and you'll never get back baby smells and cuddles!

Ok, so some smells are better then others, but I honestly never minded diapers, and neither did my husband.

Misit, do you have a front load washer? We had that issue with our front loader and it was something stuck in the filter. I didn't even know there was a filter, but Youtube told us different...and it also told Brent how to fix it.

I want to get another bottle of witch hazel so I can infuse it with orange mint. I use witch hazel on bug bites, my face, and I just started using it after I shave my legs to help with razor burn. An orange mint version sounds much nicer and gives me something to do with our very healthy plant.

My darling husband had developed a penchant for expensive soap. Good old dial just won't do anymore. This frustrates me on so many level. First off its expensive. Second off I've got a bunch of old dial. Thirdly shouldn't I be the one wanting expensive soap not him?!?!?

Maybe it's irritating his skin? What soap does he like?

Yes, we fixed our front loader by cleaning out the filter as well.

Don't you just hate those mornings!

I've woken up early nearly every morning since dd2 moved back in. She has things she needs to get done or places to go trying to find a job. Arg

I totally agree. I wish I could have done more of that when mine were little. My youngest just turned 30 (dd2)last week. I miss those days but can relive them with the grands to a degree

It's actually the variety of mint, Orange Mint. I use the regular mint in my iced tea or hot tea, but wasn't sure what to do with the orange mint. My friend, the herb queen, suggested lots of things and one was a witch hazel infusion.

Shaving issues...about 15 years ago another woman told me to use cheap hair conditioner when shaving...no nicks...seldom do I slice myself anymore either...cheap, cheap, cheap...usually VO5 for 88 cents at Wally!!!! Lasts for months...and I use the yellow/orange capped sensitive Bic shaver cause they are cheaper than the pink sensitive in the women's section!

Under the fridge...you don't have to move the fridge...remove the bottom cover plate after getting on your knees (this is going to the be the painful part for me) use the narrow edged attachment and vacuum out the dust balls...

Washers...some day maybe I can get help removing the drum of the front loader because I know there is sludge that could be removed but not even the Maytag man wants to help me in that regards!

Is it lunch time yet?

Cool. I'm not very knowledgeable about herbs. I'd like to learn more and grow some of the ones I use on a regular basis. The would have to be outside ones though because my cat would destroy them inside.

All in the span of the last hour my plans have changed (imagine that) dd2 needs to talk with a friend of mine who used to work in the WIA dept. I'm hoping she can give some insights. But before that we're going to Biscuitville for breakfast.

Chat a bit later

Is this the eye that they already tried a do-over?

Thanks! Me too. It's not exactly pleasant. And he is seeing better this go round. He's trying to get it scheduled for tomorrow.

They've actually redone both his eyes now. The near eye redo went just fine. This is his far eye that they just redid a few weeks ago, it had the bubble, and had to be restretched. As far as I know, they won't relaser. I think that part is fine. It's the flap that's giving him trouble.

My insomnia seems to have gone the other direction & I'm feeling tired a lot. I'm so glad I'm not dealing with insomnia, but would I ever like some extra energy!
