Totally need to do this...DD1 brought me a small pile while we had company and I need to put it all where it goes down in the back basement bedroom.

morning..feeling a bit off this a.m. The therapist told me my head might be kind of fuzzy and it it. I forgot she said that and I was Whoa, man I am not processing stuff this a.m. Almost forgot to make DH his breakfast.

that said, i enjoyed the posts and wanted to comment but couldn't put the words together in my mind. Angie, i know what you feel like when the dizzies hit.

just got myself a cup of coffee to see if that will clear the brain fog. Patricia, i LOVE my Tim Hortons from tassimo. It has quickly become my go to grab! It smells so good when it is brewing. no bitterness to it at all.

trying to put together my word and goals but think that will have to wait til head clears.

All the laundry in the house is clean and put away. I do need to put the clothes that DD2 and baby girl have outgrown into the tubs in the storage building. I'll try to work on that this afternoon.

Thanks for the kick in the ..........I have clothes that have been hanging in my laundry room too long. (At least they are clean). Sometimes it just becomes another clothes closet and I just get dressed out of it. Time to get there to where they belong!

Thanks for the tip......I definitely need to go with method 2.....mental notes don't often work well for me anymore. I guess my brain is just to full of old ones.....I sometimes think I need to do a brain reboot.......

make a mental note on the post number when you post your list. then you won't have to scroll back through all the chatter to find your list. sometimes I write the post # on a small sticky & put it on the computer.

Good morning! Happy Friday!

There's not much on our list for today other than routine stuff. I need to load the dishwasher after DD1 unloads it. Then the girls are wanting to play games. I'd like to make something sweet today. We'll have homemade pizza for supper and then it's Family Fun Night!

I hope y'all have a wonderful day!

List for Friday, Jan 4:
  1. Eat brunch
  2. Read newspaper
  3. PSE class at Laurel Manor 1pm-3pm
  4. Get gas
  5. Work on garage sale items at least 60 minutes
  6. Mini Mission (put away clothes in laundry room)
  7. BLOG challenge
  8. Update craft BLOG
  9. Dinner
  10. Clean kitchen
  11. Watch Cotton Bowl
  12. Work on project while watching Cotton Bowl
Before I allowed myself on the computer this AM I made my bed, got dressed and had devotions.

Reading the newspaper may seem like a silly thing to put on the list, but if I'm paying for it I might as well be sure I read it. Also I need the mental stimulation of the daily SUDOKO puzzle.

Not bad for having a rushed mind set and hurried feeling today!! I'm off to town real soon, but first I'll vacuum and the the company ready basics will be done! Big smile on that one!!

So far so good with Nicholas. We have cancelled Jarod's parties though. we were having family (which includes 9 kids 11 and under...including my two) over this evening for cake and Jarod was going to have classmates over tomorrow for a nerf war. But we cancelled. I sent a message to the girl making his cake...I hope she didn't do it yet! I would like the bill for just one cake instead of two!

LOVE the mini mission!! There are so many ways I can switch this up today! I have a few bags of clothes to go through in my room right now (too small for Jarod...needs to be sorted to size and stored for Nick). I have a HUGE pile in the laundry room laundry tub that is too small for either Jarod or Nick. I need to sort that and donate the stuff no good to Nick...store the stuff he can use later. All of our closets can use a overhaul. And...well...the laundry situation here can always use a little help!

Well it's 12:20 here and I'm just posting a list (but at least I'm posting one!). We had a VERY rought night with J. He was cryign and crying. I'd get him settled and about 20 min later he'd start crying again. He slept for a while and then we just took him up to bed with us (b/c he started crying again about then) so we could hopefully get some kind of rest. He was having night terrors and was very combative plus at one point he was cryign inconsolably saying his legs hurt. That was about 3AM. So....I went down and got some ibuprofen (growing pains? He is positive for the sickle cell trait but usually that just means you can pass it along if you have a baby with someone who also has the trait. I don't think you develop symptoms). Anyway....that flashed through my head b/c I heard it is very painful. It was so hard to hear my baby crying and crying though.

Anyway, I'm thinking maybe the combative/night terrors thing could be related to the claritin? Did not give him any more today just to test the theory.

So....my list:

w/d/f/p 1 load
f/p 2 loads
DD w/d/f/p 1 load
unload/reload d/w DH DID
5 min kitchen hot spot

Talk w/ DH re: plan of attack for basement
Pay bills
NAP
Bag up pop bottles for DH to take
Clean bathroom

Kids are fighting like cats and dogs. Gonna go supervise clean=up, feed them and put them to bed!

It could be growing pains...Jarod suffered with that. I read about massage you can do on their legs which really helped Jarod. You tilt their foot back so their toes are kinda pointing to their knee (to stretch the calf muscle) and then gently massage the calf. This is where most of the pain is. Night terrors came with Jarod's growing pains too.

no...her boys aren't in college yet. I "think" Misti is rooting for OU & her oldest son is rooting for A&M, cuz that's where he wants to go to college.

I don't follow college ball...but I think that's what she said. but no...her boys are not in college yet.

taking a break. got back from PT, she has me doing some exercises now, besides the stretching one and I can even walk on the treadmill set at speed 3 for ten minutes. making progress.

came home and unloaded DW and got the crock pot going. THEN decluttered the TW cabinet again. Put lots of stuff in a box. dated. if I don't use it by next Jan it is going bye-bye. We don't need near the storage we did when the kids were home so why am i hanging onto all that TW? We buy smaller amts of bulk now and don't need those hugmongus containers. I think the kitchen looks better even with the cupboard doors closed. bwwshahhhaa.....meaning you can't see what i did but i KNOW what i did and it feels GREAT!
so i did a 27 fling boogie right in the kitchen. also swept the floor.

I've changed my mind since coming home from PT b/c i feel so good. List coming up.
