alright then, thirteen drawers later and the bathroom looks great. I have ONE entire empty drawer and one empty shelf. GASP! I do not need to bring home anymore sample shampoos for a long time.

So far today:
Coffee
Breakfast
Made a basic card - needs embellishing
Worked on my craft table 10ish minutes - still looks like Micheals got sick in my room
Loaded the dishwasher
Get some laundry going and start dishwasher
Fold yesterday's laundry
Change kids' sheets - mini mission
Put away the boys' clothes
Switch laundry
Take a shower, dress
Make some kind of snack so I stop munching Ritz crackers
Amelia down for a nap
15 min cleaning craft table
Another 10 min because the first 15 made a bigger mess than before
5 clean up in living room
Talked to friend about visiting this week
Check library hours while internet is working
Lunch
Another 10 min craft table - trying to get my workspace clear again!

Next:
Another 10 min pick up in living room
Vacuum
Fold next load of clothes

No... my oldest has had a goal of going to the Olympics for 2 years now. So, everything we are doing is trying to get him there. Now, my youngest is saying he wants to change bow styles so he can make a run for the Olympics too.

They are still too young to lift weights (per our dr.)... so we have taken the requirements to make the junior dream team & have adapted them. They can do push ups, so they are doing 200+ a day!

They can do all 200 without stopping too! They have to be able to do them in 2 min. So, they have that part of the requirements down!

hmm.... not much? she ended up being billeted this past weekend (they were doing some drama deputation) and the school forgot to inform the family of her need for a GF diet... so b'fast was bread with jam, lunch pasta, and dinner buns with cheese.

but. she is back on a 'detox' type of diet and she says it is helping so ... here's hoping? She's back on another drama outreach this weekend and apparently there is a family that is aware of GF diets so we'll see how it goes?

And that is just ONE of the things they do for training. After hearing that sugar, caffeine, electronics, could be categorized as a stimulant & not good before a competition... Devin declared a no stimulant rule 12 hours before a competition & hasn't had sugar in almost a month.

When I'm working with small things for fine lines often times I'll use toothpicks to apply the glue. I squirt some on a plate and use the toothpick to pick up a tiny dap and apply. It works for me, maybe it will work for you as well.

Way to go!!!

We take the shampoos and soaps, etc and either donate them to the Ronald McDonald House or make baggies adding water & a couple of other things for the homeless people who have their signs saying "Hungry will work for food" or whatever. Just something else you can do with those samples.

i was wondering about donating to a womens shelter here but was told they have so many they really don't need them. We don't see many homeless here where we live and Ronald McDonald isn't anywhere close by either. I was thinkin' but didn't know what to do with them. I pitched a lot of the conditioners cuz i won't use them. i used to try lots of differnt things but my skin doesn't like most things so best to just stick with what I know works. I can use the shampoos however for bathroom cleaning. just don't need anymore for a long while. Thanks for the suggestions.

I am so upset. Someone took the boy's iPhone. Stupid cell carrier don't know jack squat sheet. I asked if they could help locate the phone...we don't have the equipment. I had the cell & the data turned off...google lost iPhone later & find out that there's an app...find my iPhone that I can use. Well, at work, don't have the log in info...get home, get the log in info...and it doesn't find the phone...maybe cuz I already shut off the cell and data? I wanna cry. A three hundred dollar phone. gone. shame shame shame on the person who took it instead of turning it in. shame shame.

I finally got home from the college and dinner with the hubs. I'm absolutely worn out for some reason. I am going to try to get the floors done but I'm thinking it's going to be an early night. For some reason I keep waking up before my alarm clock goes off thinking about what I would grab to get out of the house if it were to catch on fire. I'm not sure what that is about but it is kinda motivating me to get it all together and in one place.

What would you get take if you had only a few short minutes to get it all and get out of your house alive?

For me it would be pictures, USB drives with more pictures and dh's dad's metals, etc and my cat. The rest is just stuff but there are some pics that I cannot duplicate. I am going to make time to scan the pics that I do not already have and save them to the USB drive.

Right now I am making English Toasting Bread in the bread machine. Well at least I use the bread machine through the first rise. Then I take it out and put it into a loaf pan to finish rising and bake. I've never tried this recipe before so we will see.

We have actually put them in one of the "if it fits, it ships" boxes and sent them to the RMH. Another place you might think about is a homeless shelter or a nursing home, sometimes they will take them as well. You might even give them to a teacher at your local school for them to give to children who could use them.

Bad boy, bad boy, whatcha gonna do? What a shame that people can't/don't/won't do the right thing. I firmly believe it will come back and bite them in the bumm. Sorry for the hassle on your part added to the cost of the phone as well.

Janeen, I was going to suggest talking to a teacher also. I know that we have a teacher at our church that says she gives one particular little girl in her class a baggie of toiletries otherwise that's the only stuff she gets.
