Yesterday's mini mission just got done here. Jeff and the boys went to the gym so they took the huge stack of clothes we decluttered to Goodwill. I'm going to try to get all the clean laundry folded and put away today, too.
Dishwasher is running, Jeff tossed old leftovers from the fridge and took the trash out.
we can just stick our head under the monitor for one of our daily doses.

any ideas for photo taking in 2013? there was take twelve or 12 on 12 (as we SFB called it) for 2012.
13 on 13...is all i can think of. :-/
any other ideas? I enjoyed doing PL daily and then one day a month just taking 12 photos of my day.
thoughts?
They likely aren't repeating that project eh? I'm not I don't think. Will just stick to the photo a day with PL. Seems like I saw Becky published some lists of photo a day ideas?

IDK about Becky's photo a day list...but Fat Mum Slim on FB has a photo a day list...I'm also subscribed to Katrina Kennedy! She sends an EMAIL EVERY DAY!
But that's not what I'm looking for. Ideas for something similar to 12 on 12.
take twelve is still on the site (ella publishing), but nothing updated for it.
I think I"m gonna do first & ten.
Take a self portrait on the first and then ten pics on the tenth.

oh oh ooooooooo. I missed the MINUS in front of the 16. I'd say you are much much warmer than you were! brrr!
much warmer.
I know, right. I don't think I've ever been in temps this cold! Our truck had a hard time accepting it, but after a good long warmup it managed to get us outta there.
Got two floors to mop after all. Dining room floor is pretty bad. And so I might as well do the kitchen too if the mop pail if full!

Good morning! I'm going to work on yesterdays mini mission today. So far i have put away the hanger clothes from the laundry room. Next I will:
Put away the folded clothes in the laundry room
Fold the towels that are in the dryer, put more in washer/dryer. and put the towels away
Start sorting the HUGE pile of too small clothes in the laundry tub
Shoot! I thought I had this all done but I realize now that I forgot to fold/put away the towels and flip the laundry!
Back to the laundry room I go!
I did get that mountain of too small clothes sorted, the too small for Nick stuff put in a garbage bag to go to either my SIL or to the Salvation Army, and The too small for Jarod stuff folded and put on my bed awaiting the tubs that it goes in...which are in the attic...which is Brent's area! The boys and him are gone off somewhere...so it will get done when they return!

Whew, ready for lunch. I had to have DD1 help me finish making beds. She said "But you said you were feeling good this morning." Ha! Girlie, that was five hours and I've been doing lots of housework since then!!! All the bending, lifting, pushing etc. You just don't think about it normally and even though baby isn't very big, I'm still feeling it all already! An afternoon of crafting ahead...at least I really hope so...15 min at the least I know!!!

And its done! Well...all except for the tubs in the attic...my family is not home yet. I am enjoying the peace and quiet!

We've enjoyed a quiet relaxing morning just playing with the girls. I am still in my pj's and so is DD1. Hubby went over and helped my dad work on his truck for a while. He is back home now. We're going to do a little bit of flying...mostly routine stuff. Then all 3 girls need baths/showers and I need to pack stuff for them to have a sleepover at Nana and Poppy's. Mom offered to keep the girls so hubby and I can have a date night. Yay!!!
Me too!!! There's too much snow now...I'd never find them!
The boys are doing better...they actually left the house today so that's progress! The kids and Brent were playing outside in the snow and on the snowmobile so I could get the clothes situation done in peace!
finished my 2012 digi book..it's uploading now. then i will be able to order them. i am so excited. sometimes when they have 25% off only the first twenty pages are on sale, as in One regular size book, but this time even all the extra pages are 30% off. Plus I joined the Rewards program on the last day and got all my money back as points to take off my order. I haven't ordered from them since 2008. I do have some books I did through other companies, picaboo and shutterfly, but i love all the things I can do with the CM program.
mmmm just up from a lovely nap. And to discover that DD1 made the basement beds up and washed and dried the dishes. Cool beans!!

Kitchen clean
Truck unloaded
Laundry going
Most bags(mine) unpacked.
I wanna wash all ski clothes and then store them until next ski trip. Maybe in February, maybe next year.

Wohoo, got two cards made! One is for my SIL's birthday coming right up on the 13th. I've never sent her one on time yet I don't think!!!! Yea! I didn't set my timer, b/c I had unlimited time down here this afternoon. Nothing else pressing.
So now I have 6 cards to write notes in tomorrow afternoon!

DH and I have been working along steadily on the basement. It has a semi-finished side (paneling and linoleum) that we are turning into a playroom. I have been bugging him for ages to put hte futon back together so the mattress doesn't get ruined. He is almost done with that project. About half the floor is mopped (the half we've uncovered so far). Kids are excited b/c they are both waiting to play with Christmas presents that are too big for the rest of hte house (J got a train set from Papa Ducky and K got a remote control monster truck from him. Both were delighted!)
I threw the shower curtain and liner in the wash. I think they were responsible for the lingering pee smell.
Anyway....off to check on kids (they are outside) and start supper.

I got rid of a half a garbage bag of clothes and I organized the closet better. I also color coordinated the clothes! I think that small detail makes the closet look a lot better!
