Good morning y'all!

Wow crazy busy/fun weekend. Friday was our thanksgiving, Saturday we went wine tasting and pickup party, yesterday was church and a dinner party we hosted for our neiborhood/bible study group. We also included our new neighbors so they could meet some folks out here.

Today, rescue my kitchen and laundry room.
Take dh to town to drop off his truck for repairs.
Start Christmas decorating!!!

Good morning ladies - Hijacking a minute with a paypal questions

I am ordering something for a friend. They want to use paypal to send the money. How do I send them a money request so that it is a Personal request so that no fees are attached? Or how do they send me money without fees?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Now back to routine programing.

Cher, it sounds like you had a busy but fun weekend. I'd love to have something like that or even a house hop where we snack on cookies and punch, etc at the different houses. Kind of a progressive snack.

Kra - Good googa mooga - I hope that your December is a better month. You're right that it doesn't have to be that way. Mine was a bit crazy and stressful as well. I'll pray that we all have a nicer December.

Misti - glad you're going to be back to closer to normal soon.

Paula - glad the normal starts back today for your house.

Much as I shouldn't put things off - I am going to put off the front door area until Wednesday - I plan to start some decorating then and I might as well do it all at one time. I'd do it tomorrow but I have to work all day and a meeting tomorrow night so I'll be up and out from 8am - 5pm and 6-8pm. I'm sure I will be happy to be home.

Boy I don't know what happened but I slept for a full 7 hours. Thank You so much!!!!

Today's plans are

1. Work on my Christmas cards - finally decided on the design so I need to get them going.

2. Put the soups in containers for the freezer - got 2/3 of it in the freezer and am nearly out of room so the last pot will be put into ziploc baggies once it's cooled and in the freezer.

3. Work on a scarf for dd1

4. I also have some cards I'm making for gifts to work on as well - I have them all stamped and colored so I just need to cut the card stock, adhere them together and embellish them. - I have 48 of them to make but they will go pretty quickly since I don't have to do much to them at this point.

5. I also need to press a uniform for tomorrow

6. make a couple of phone calls - done - 1 of them not the way I had wanted it to be but it is what it is. I've learned something from it.

7. work on mittens to make sure I have the patterns right.

Hope everyone has a nice day.

Will also need to make a PO run.

Good morning.

It's been a crazy morning here. Surgery is post probed until the 16th. Still dealing with kidney infection that caused other issues. Ugh! This is not shaping up to be over with for the holidays.

Puppy shopping has been fun. Even though it's just online. I spoke with a person regarding a puppy last night, 300$, which is fine as the puppy has had its vet visit shots ect. I sent a text asking a few more questions. I get an email back with photos of a cute little puppy with a price tag of $1750. I responded to the email to clarify. And asked for parent photos if in deed the puppy was 300$.

Also, this person does not want to show where the animals are raised. Kind of a red flag. My husband thinks we should just save up a but and get an actual tea cup like I've always wanted from a reputable kennel.

Today
Kitchen routine done
Call nurse
Sheets in dryer
Laundry x1
Floors down

Sorry your surgery has been postponed and that you have a kidney infection to boot. Hope things turn out better than you expect.

AND at the doggie issue. What happened to the $300 pup, why the 5+x boost in cost, and why no pics would certainly raise giant red flags here as well. I think you're right to wait and save money to get what you want.

Have you considered talking with local vets/groomers and see if they know of any reputable breeders in your area? That might be a place to start to make sure you get a good healthy pup.

I prefer to stay warm as well. But I don't mind the snow. It's pretty, until it gets dirty and starts to melt, then it becomes an ugly mess!

Donna, I did call the local animal rescues to inquire if they ever heard of this breeder. They have not. I may call the local vet to see if they have any guidance.

Kitchen routine done
Call nurse done, appointment tomorrow anyway.
Sheets in dryer
Make bed
Laundry x1 switch to dryer
Floors down done
Lunch?

It's almost 2 and I don't feel like I've done a thing except talk on the phone. Doctor, nurse, reschedule surgery, SPCA, husband and dog breeder.

I'm exhausted!

Hahaha - I don't live outside either but I still don't like COLD weather. When I lived in NM I actually had an Alaskan snow parka that I used during the cold months. Once it gets past sweater weather I'm in most of the time until it warms back up.

6. stamp the images
7. put it all together

2. Put the soups in containers for the freezer - got 2/3 of it in the freezer and am nearly out of room so the last pot will be put into ziploc baggies once it's cooled and in the freezer. - Nearly done - will finish after getting back from daddy's

Divided into smaller steps
1. pull stampset
2. pull card stock

3. determine sizes of cuts per card stock and cut the card stock
4. pull embllies
5. stamp the images
6. put it all together

5. I also need to press a uniform for tomorrow

6. make a couple of phone calls - done - 1 of them not the way I had wanted it to be but it is what it is. I've learned something from it.

7. work on mittens to make sure I have the patterns right.

8. Go to daddy's and help him with a spreadsheet something and then dinner.

I keep adding thing to my list. I'm thinking some will be carried over for a day to two.

So, I have one test and an assignment to add to the list. The total left is now:

11 tests + 1 test + 1 assignment - 1 test done today = 11 tests and 1 assignment left
