  • Put needed info in my Gregg Reference Manual
  • Make sure info need is in my book bag since assignment is tomorrow

Business Final
  • Read over all notes
  • Study quizzes
  • Study at least 5 units

Monday
  • Complete Document assignment (8:30)
  • Read over business notes/quizzes one more time and study last 5 units
  • Help Megan with her Accounting (and study myself)

Tuesday
  • Complete Accounting assignment (more like a test) (8:30)
  • Study Business stuff that I'm having trouble with
  • Complete Business final (7-9 pm)
  • Go over Short cut keys and proofreader marks
  • Make sure Gregg Reference manual is in my book bag for doc.

I still need to study the Business notes some more...I'm not happy with my brain and its ability to imprint tonight!

What a busy lady you'll be for the next few days. Don't worry about catching up with us, we'll be just fine. You keep that studying up and keep those great grades coming in. That is the more important thing for your family right now.

Best of luck - like you're really going to need luck - you've got this.

Good luck Patricia! I'm sure you'll do great, but I remember those days. I went back to school at 30. I think its a total different perspective as an adult.

Speak for yourself...I miss the regular oldies...and once they stop checking in they are gone and goner...

Must be a menopausal day for me...

Reminds me...I need to get a birthday card made and in the mail by the weekend...

Perhaps I'm have a menopausal moment too!!! You can go through menopause at 34, right? Whatever kind of moment I'm having is an emotional one...and TOM has already been here and not long left so I can't blame it on him!

Hugs, Kramomma...I'm not here in...ummm...fingers(?) but I am here in mind!

It really is...and I am so worried about that final! I need to pull of an 85 to stay on the honor roll. I know I won't fail the course...but I REALLY want to be on the honor roll. I have worked my butt off all year and this one course (the dreaded on-line course) is hanging over my head like crazy!

Thank you!!! I hope you are right! I think I have rocked the two finals that I already have done...and I think I will rock the two finals I have coming up after tomorrow...its just this one that has me worried...and I usually don't worry about tests, so this is all new to me. I think its just because I have my heart so set on getting on the honor roll.

Thank you so much for the encouragement! Coming on here tonight has been like a mini therapy session for me! I will still probably cry myself to sleep tonight (sometimes letting all those emotions out are good for you!!) but I do feel a little better right now. I have 6 more questions to learn tonight and then I can go to bed...I can't wait!

Now I have the hiccups...this will be interesting...

Someone will come and scare me soon and then they will go away...

BOO!!! (Are they gone? )

College is going a lot better for me now than it did when I was 20...I didn't get horrible marks then, but I was not even close to the honor roll. My priority's have changed a lot since then, though.

I will be going to bed in about an hour and a half...that's about how long it will take me to finish studying and do the things I need to do before my head can hit the pillow. Hugs to you...

They're GONE..Pink Snuggles came and scared me...

I heard her coming down the hall...ever so quietly...our wood floors squeak...she just kept coming ever so slowly...

She touched the top of my hair...which made me think there was a bug in my hair...then I went to reach for my hair, she touched my hands and I screamed so loud that I startled myself...

She takes great pride in being able to get me to scream...when I have the hiccups...

Otherwise we have a very quiet household!!!

Thanks for the boos ladies!

Sorry for the menopausal day. I really understand. Maybe it's in the air or stars. I've had a teary day today as well.

Hopefully, we won't lose any more of the regular oldies.

I've really got to get on the ball with some birthday cards myself.

You're right about the letting emotions out being good for you sometimes. I tell dh sometimes when I'm having a really stressfull time that the tears are kind of like the wabble thing on a pressure cooker which lets the steam/pressure release. He thinks I'm a bit goofy when I say that but it is how it works for me.

I know you're feeling all kinds of pressure but I'm sure you'll do just fine. If not, (seriously doubting that), but if not, we will still love ya. {HUGS}

I'm basically done for the night - I need to go to bed. It's been a long day and I really need to finish a few things to get ready for tomorrow. I'm tired and feel OK about what I've gotten done today.

Chat with y'all tomorrow. Rest well, my friends.

Today's Mini Mission:

Let's look at the master bedroom closet & spend a few minutes in there... do you need to hang up clothes? Straighten shoes? Move bags to your vehicle to return anything? Drop off clothes at the dry cleaners? Mend anything?

Let's see if I can answer these questions - No, Yes, No, Yes, Maybe.

I guess I need to hit it tonight after the hubs gets up and out of the way. I also forgot to go in the bedroom last night & spend 5 minutes on a hot spot from yesterday so I may need to double up.

Snow plow guy just came...4" of snow...it really is gorgeous...if only it wasn't April 23! A beautiful view from my brown chair...

School is delayed 2 hours here...one town south of us is closed today! Red Bear has left for work (an hour south of us)...krapoppa is working from home because his work is north of us 43 miles and on a snow day it takes 90-120 minutes to get to work!

1) Sorta-need to water hem of skirt so it lays flat.
2) No, shoes in shoe holder all organized.
3) No, returned the item on Saturday.
4) No, I use Dryel for the men's suits.
5) Yes, a skirt needs a button.

Good morning ladies. It will be shorter today - I'm sure you're saying Woo Hoo she's not going to write a book.

1. Up and made bed - done

Getting ready to

2. get dressed
3. grab things for college for meeting
4. grab allergy meds
5. go get a biscuit or something for breakfast (no milk in the house for my cereal )
6. go to the college
7. have meeting and work on some of the issues while there
8. home
9. decide on dinner
10. work on bedroom hot spot
11. work in bedroom closet
12. wash last load of clothes
13. write checks for bills
14. mend a pair of shoes (they have a button on them that has come lose - it is for decoration only)
15. get ready for class tomorrow afternoon & tomorrow night

I think that will do it for today, at this point.

Hope you all have a wonderful day on this day - Tuesday.

I can't imagine still having snow at the end of April. It is a beautiful thing, I'm sure, but I just can't do the weather that cold. My joints would go on strike and I'd hurt all the time. Still, I hope you haev a wonderful day and everyone's travels are safe.

But I don't live outdoors...the house has a furnace (which normally it is turned off by now but it is currently running) and if I do go outdoors (or as Red Bear is working outside today pruning trees) you dress for the weather...

We did lose electricity twice during the night last night but only for a short time...now that would have been miserable!

The sun is shining on the white trees and it appears I could reach out and touch them...but...the window is in the way! I don't have camera skills or I would take a picture to share...

Morning! Made pancakes. Amelia is a chocolatey mess (the kids like chocolate chip pancakes). That's been the day so far.

Patricia, at 18 I did well in courses I liked. General studies were not a priority. I did get a degree. Then when I graduated as an adult I had a 3.4 gpa, magnate *** laude. I think I was the only one that really cared, but having those ropes walking down the aisle was a huge thing to me. I was the first person in my family to go to college.

Thank goodness it's not snowing, but its so cold and damp here my joints are achey.

So far today....
We got up way to early
Started laundry
Had a tubby
Breakfast
Braided hair
Snack
Crayons on floor
Dishwasher emptied and loaded
And I need a nap

Hi all~~~~~~~ waving. Sorry i have been MIA. You know the old saying "if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all" I've been kind of in the doldrums with the lack of sunshine. I think that Seasonal Affective Disorder hit me this year. I am so very weary of winter and winter clothes and grey and no sunshine. So just excuse me while I hide away and pout.

Hope you all are having good days. Patricia I hope you Ace the test.
