Morning. Again. Showered and dressed. Did some nice blog reading. Ready to move into the day. I've been tired lately. Slow. There will be no attacking the day and, unless my third cup of coffee does something the first two didn't, no hustling. I get so much more cleaning done when I hustle. But that's all right. You gotta be in the mood. And I'm not and I totally give myself permission to be slow today.

So. TDD:
10 min putting things away in the kitchen
Unload and reload dishwasher
Drink 3rd cup of coffee

Late on the morning routine as sometimes relationships come before the CJ...today was one of those days... 1 hour 42 minutes later I hung up the phone!

Now...

untowel hair and comb
fold whites in dryer
put away all clothes from yesterday

in 30 minutes...
decide on what to eat for breakfast
eat that decision
vacuum

then...
stamp

It's 2:15 here. We're eating lunch. I'm thinking about taking the kids to the bookstore afterwards and then hitting the grocery store for just a few items. Tonight I want to work on a couple of things to get a package or three ready to mail tomorrow.

So far today:
10 min putting things away in the kitchen
Unload and reload dishwasher
Drink 3rd cup of coffee
Look online for swimsuits
Fold clothes for 10 min
Pick up in dining area for 10 min
Double check with Jen to see if she can watch the kids for Jeff's LASIK appt
Talk to my grandmother
Put together the car track for the boys
Swiffer mop the dining area (hallelujah!)

Next:
Eat lunch
Pick up in the living room for 5 min
Pick up in the entrance for 5 min
Work in my closet for 15 min
Go to bookstore then HEB assuming nothing too crazy happens prior

One final down; two in-class assignments and four final left to go!

I got four marks back today:

Office assignment: 100%
Grammar assignment (more like a test): 83% (my lowest mark this term!)
Accounting test: 93%
Document Test: 93%

Todays Office final was SO EASY! I expect a high 90's. That would give me a percentage over 90% in that course!!

I checked out the in-door walking track at the sports complex in Port aux Basques today. It was great! I went on my break before my final and walked for 20 minutes (2 km). It felt so great!!! Its hard for me to walk outside this time of the year because of my allergies...I get too choked up. There, I didn't have to use my inhaler once!! It was so nice! I think I will be making "Walk at the track" a new routine!!

If I can do this for a week, I will consider buying a gym pass and doing that on my breaks too!

Thank you. I'm impressing myself with these marks too. I didn't know I had it in me!

Its not tree planting weather here yet either. There is a snowfall warning issued for tonight and tomorrow!!!

Pin and sew Alyssa's banner - DONE!
Look up tissue pompom tutorials and possibly make one - DONE! (Assuming I did it right that is. I can't actually test it because I'm mailing it off, but even if I flopped she'll appreciate the effort)
Bake Jeff cookies
Blog
Paint my nails
Work on organizing unmounted stamps

So that's a lot. I will be quite pleased with any one of those, actually. More than one would be just stellar.

If we are at home: take care of the admin ebay stuff & then finish up supper so that it's ready when they come in at 9. And go back & forth to keep tally for the coaches, take pictures of different form things to send to them, etc.

I'm going to list things I have done so I can feel better....

Got up
Showered
Dressed
Make-up
Hair
Went to PAB to school
Had 2 and a half hours of accounting
Bought a new broom
Walked two kilometers
Studied for an hour
Did my Office final
Picked up the kids (and visited with my SIL and new baby...she's watching my kids)
Made supper
Played on the computer for way too long
Washed two loads of clothes
Folded one load of clothes

Left to do:
Read over grammar stuff for final tomorrow
Get the kids to bed
My night time routine (Pjs, wash face, brush teeth, pick out clothes, etc. )
Go to bed

Hey y'all!

Dh and I are in Florida on vacation . Having a great time in our time in our vacation resort.mdid Epcot center today. Did it 15 years ago with the boys. It's interesting doing it without kids. No rush. Relax with lunch and a cocktail. Take in the crowd. I love to people watch. It's also interesting seeing grandparents with their grandkids. Can't wait till Zack is old enough for that! Hoping their will be a couple more grand kids by then.

Ds has already had an offer on their house. The sign isn't even up yet!!! It is a great offer! For more than they are asking! waiting to see how it turns out.

Well I finally finished reading all the posts since I've been so out of it. So here goes

Cher - How's the decluttering going? It is so nice of you to do that for ddil.
- How'd the christening go?
- I so understand about being overwhelmed. It is so difficult sometimes around here when dh seems to have no desire to help and there is so much to do. Wish we could help sometimes and say what's on our minds without issues but that can cause probs as well.
-Ref your ds's house, I'm like you at dd1's house I just jump in and do what needs to be done - her mil doesn't do much except talk about it. I either do it right or they can re-do behind me but at least I help.
- Did you ahve your talk with your ddil? - how'd it go
- I'm like you, I'd rather have a plan than not - right now we're down to 1 vehicle because dh's truck is in the shop & may not be out until next week. He's like just don't worry about it we'll figure it out - I'm like, I'll make a few calls and find someone to cover for me, just in case.
- A catering business would be cool and give you and ddil something to share too
- *you have to tell me more about the vinegar and dish liquid weed spray. I need some new ideas since I've done some work in the yard.
-I hope you enjoy your vacation. After having the girlies for the day on Sunday of last week and then spend the night on Tuesday and here again on Saturday I fully understand what my grandmother used to say (and you said) 'God knew what he was doing when he gave children to the young' LOL

Joy - Did you ever find your ring? Mine was lost several years ago - you might check with your homeowners insurance and see if it is covered. It can't hurt. I know it won't be the one you had that has so many wonderful memories but still it might be a replacement.

Patricia - Way to go with the grades, studying AND sitting in for the teacher - how cool is that?
- Sorry dh's mother is so difficult - sounds like she is a controlling type - love those (not)
- Horrible story about Cohen's birth - wish the new baby's was easier but glad he's good - 8lbs, 6 oz a nice size.

Kramomma - How is your friend?
- How'd dh's meeting go? Good I hope.
- Cool idea using plastic knives for veggie markers

Melissa - glad you got a break
- boy that Aunt Cindy is a trick - Her surgery should be tomorrow - maybe it will make her feel better about herself and she will be nicer and more considerate of others when she gets back. Just have to ask - does she really NEED a tummy tuck or is it because she's not wanting to do the work to lose the weight herself?
- Glad yesterday is over for all of us - wish it meant that you have a few months of ease but at least you're not working 12 hour days now.

Paula - Glad you had a good time with your friend. We all deserve days like that.
- So sorry to hear about your step-grandfather - I know you said you weren't close but still...
- Yeah for finishing the playset - we need to get one for the grands here.
- Sorry you got sick - hope you're feeling better today
- Yeah for Ezra for getting free classes

Misti - sorry the craft space is smaller but sometimes that can help us to know what we really use vs what we think we use
- yeah for getting rid of the 3 boxes - it was quite liberating for me to get rid of stuff I didn't need

Christi - Hope the babies are better
- sorry you didn't get to go on your MN trip - sometimes a staycation is just as good

Janeen - WOO HOO for the new nephew

Cher - So glad you're having a good time on your vacation - I guess that answers one of my questions. Florida must be beautiful this time of year.

How cool to have an offer on the house so soon. I hope/pray that it goes through for them, especially with it being over asking price.

No one to the mini missions

- I already wiped my appliances and counters as I finish washing dishes
- About a month ago I checked dates on food, etc in my pantry and got rid of a bunch of stuff - so that one is done as well
- I swept the floors all over the house so got that part done just need to mop them - I'm thinking that one will be tomorrow
- I put most things away as I finish with them so that one was easy
- I do have a hot spot I need to work on still
My bathroom
- the countertops in both are clear of things that do not need to be out
- we do not keep expired meds - just part of the old job

So I guess I still need to mop the floors and put out the hot spot in the kitchen then I'll be all caught up with everyone

I have not been sleeping well between the death of dd1's dfil, keeping the girlies, accreditation and TAXES (ARG!!!) so today I had nothing I had to get done and I did pretty much that - nothing. I did water the trees and flower we planted last week. I also pruned a couple of trees. I finished reading the thread and have posted. And I swept the floors this afternoon. I think I'm done for the day. Hope you all have had a wonderful one.

CJ will not be done in order today...company coming for lunch...need to make 3 cards before that plus have lunch ready...

My plan:
boil eggs
make egg salad
2 birthday cards
1 penguin card
have Red Bear take pictures of cards

S&D
walk cards to mailbox (9 more miles and I could deliver one!)
read Col. 3 again
fill bird feeders

Visit with company

Then...CJ life

Good morning y'all!

Ah, I finally slept well last night.

Today coffee and breakfast, then off to Animal Kingdom. And then maybe a jump in one of the pools here at the resort.

Hope y'all all have good days!

Which resort? We were in the Coronado over by Animal Kingdom. Are you going on Everest? They were building it when we were there.

I can get that done in a jif, though our bathroom has 3 mirrors and the 1/2 bath has 2 (1 is 1/2 of a wall) but I can still get it done in a jif. WOO HOO I can be up to speed now. LOL
