Good morn to all.. SUN is shining this morning... so am pleased about that.
I live on the third floor and do enjoy the bird activity in the trees.. Very interesting...
Like Dea says.. Ice for me works better at the beginning then the heat.
Am waiting to see what Kathy has up her sleeve... ???? for our next challenge.
and yes we do need more cards in the gallery....If I can splatter, then anyone can.. but I bet I can get it over more stuff than you can.. lol
Haven't had pain meds since 7 a.m.! I ache, but not nearly as bad as it had been. We'll see, but it may be getting better!
Glad it seems better.
Here is a photo of my snowy Saturday.
If you can't tell those birds are taking cover under the overhang on our deck, and what you see is snow coming down.
So, since it was snowing I scrapped this 4 generation page , while watching March Madness.

Just finished my "All Repurposed Flower" card. LOL It truly does use mostly scraps from my scrap bin; the flower was created using the white paper packing that was in an order I recently received.
While Kathy was propped up...I managed to get out of my leash!! OOOPPPSSSS... So I went out...picked up a friend and we got curtains for the craft room for 50% off....then we went to the grocery store so I could get supplies to make baked beans...and bad Lynn invited herself over for Easter Dinner! Then to deflect attention I bought a nice lemon raspberry cake and invited myself back to hers for tea! Oh they did get to keep the rest of the cake...and were happy I was back to NORMAL! LOLOLOLOL

I took a fifteen minute nap and woke up feeling like I had been hit by a Mack truck! LOL I'm just aching, still nothing severe, so I won't complain. I think I need some chocolate, what do you think?

I am in the scrapbook goals thread and I do a lot of the challenges, only traditional pages, though.

supper is done...dishes are done...grumpy has 3 dinners and mom has one...tomorrow is baked beans...then to see if i can find my recipe book and do stew on monday

the only new thing I added is the black card base
and I used a MS punch and a circle nestie.)

Your card is beautiful, how do you like the Marta Stewart doily cutter. I got one last week and I have been having a blast with it.

I hear schools have already closed for Tuesday in the Boston area so they must believe the storm is really coming to close that far in advance! DS is heading to Tennessee with his rig. God has been good. He was in Birmingham last week and after he left, they got lots of rain and flooding. I guess my prayers are continually being answered because he is always driving away from storms and that sure helps this mother from worry.
We are to get 3-5 inches and I think it is to start tonight. For the moment, I will enjoy the sunshine before the storm!
I will be posting the new challenge later today. Mornings have not been good lately so instead of getting in late tomorrow, I will post tonight. I showed my example to a friend yesterday and she wants to make one now! But it takes some work. I sure hope I don't scare anyone off, but remember this IS called YOU CAN DO IT! LOL
