I am linking to the points post, to the new challenge each week and to a list of the challenges. I will try to keep them current....spank me if I don't!!
Kathy, Kathy as you have all those links I think maybe another one would be good too.....

Hi Vickie, Hi Kathy, I missed you guys also. Thanks for the info Kathy. Unfortunately I won't have time to make anything til I get back. I have to do laurndry and clean and you know all that crap your husband doesn't do when you are gone. LOL
I missed you Donna, stay for a while before you disappear again please, Vickie and I need you here...... Kathy and Lynn are too serious here, we need more people to play on our team.
So hello everyone, I post when I get here and mostly there is at least a page to catch up on and I talk to myself so this mean situation normal.
Today is a beautiful day in paradise and I am going to make the most of it. Yes I will be catching up on my reading today and maybe some other things. Touching and feeling some crafty things too.
Now I am not always fond of sketch challenges, only ever done one of the challenges here. I know they are popular. On the other hand I love technique challenges, being a little technique junkie..... I can remember trying everything at least once and sometimes I had to order the goodies to do a technique and it would take at least a week to arrive and by then I had moved onto the next best thing and I would put the goodies away only to be so excited when I discovered them later....
Miss Lynn does this remind you of someone else???? Maybe I need a bowl....
And for those who don't know I love love love making my own embellishments, like flowers, butterflies, and other things..... I also love love love making backgrounds.
Yes Lauren can easly be distracted by pretty things..just like the dog in the movie UP!! LOLOLOLOL
running to hide before Lauren finds me...to cold for the hide-n-seek caftan so I shall have to use the blue blob! Oh Oh and neon curlers so I don't stand out too much!
Lauren you are right....eeeeeekkkk did I just say that!!! we do have restrictions on the length of our signature line so let me see if I can get one in there....or should I have some tea??? OH OH OH news flash!! we had....wait for it...sunshine today!!!!!!!! yyyeaaaahhhh!!! I may get a tan!
A couple of weeks back I was in Edmonton and it was -30 farenheight. Right now it is truly warm it is 32 farenheight. I was outside moving our six foot snow pile so when it melts I don't end up with a skating rink.

Dea
I love to ice skate! But no where to go. Make that rink and I'll be up! I think my skates are still in the hall closet!
Yep!! stranded at Yvonne's... so all I have to do now is maybe go raid Yvonne's lace stash again or go play with her spray mists..... All my stuff is packed away so, so, so what else is a mother supposed to do???????
Have not seen a Sask. storm for a few years so will see how long this one lasts..
Good to see you back for a brief hello ,Donna.. Hope you have a good week when you go back.

you dont' want to see me fall!!! I cry like a baby then laugh like a loon!
We are soooo alike! One time I went out on the back deck with a cup of coffee in hand. I slipped on the top step (only three steps) and fell down to the bottom one. Never lost my coffee!! However at first I started to cry, and then laughed hysterically. DH was mowing and he couldn't hear anything. All he saw was me on the bottom step with a coffee and he waved! LOLOLOL
Yay!!! I think this might be the first time I was happy for a Saskatchewan storm.....I get to have my mommy for one more night!!! Doin' the happy dance....uh huh.....yup.....I am.
We had winds of 30 mph and rain so hard we could not see the end of our deck last night, woke up this morning and everything was a skating rink. I took the garbage to the corner and slid all the way.
Warmed up today so some of it melted, still had to take the ice pick out and break it up so we would not kill ourselves in the dark.
I want one of those fence post things the kids use to learn to skate....it has been a lllllloooooooooonnnnnnggggg time since skating lessons!
You know I used to skate all the time even on the boardwalk at Mission Beach in San Diego, but at my age of 48 I'm afraid I'll fall flat on my behind. My girls are always wanting me to skate with them when I take them to Skate City. I'm a wall hugger too.

I do much better on ice skates than roller skates. Used to skate a lot when I was much younger. I am a little older....
I like roller skating, rollerblading and ice skating. The rideau canal is my favourite place to skate but hubby won't go. He only likes skiing...I learned to ski at the age of 45 for him so this year he is learning to rollerblade....that should be worth a laugh or two.
Yvonneiam so happy for you. My mom is in Kelowna and I am in Ottawa, she has never been here. I miss seeing her, we were very close when I lived in Edmonton.

I used to LOVE roller skating; that was about the only form of entertainment other than going to the movies we had as I was growing up. A skating rink, a bowling alley, and a movie theater, and, riding bikes were our major source of fun! And, ice skating was a given on one of the two lakes that the town I live in is sandwiched between. Now, rollerblading...don't think I've ever tried it, but something tells me to not even think of it 'cause I know I'd fall flat on my behind. I loved to bowl and was on a few leagues several years ago; hadn't bowled for quite a while until this past summer while visiting my DD and her family we went to Main Event...my 8 year old DGS got a higher score than me!!!
Dea, all the skating and skiing is a good way to get in some fun exercise!!
To go ice skating you need cold and ice and those are 2 things I left behind when I left PA. Now I have to think about what shorts to wear and remember to shave my legs all the time! Oh, the trials of living in Florida!! LOL!
