Ok...ladies...is the challenge hard enough for someone skilled but simple enough for someone without alot of space or supplies. I want to strike a nice balance if possible

yes I think so, but since I have mega supplies, lotsa space and some skills I can't really say, but I think it fits the beginner to the whatever.
You are very general, someone could make a flower by layering bought petals, it would be hand assembles, aka hand made...... just my opinion...
This is such a stunning card!! And it's punched hearts folded in half! How clever. The colors are fantastic.

Good evening ladies! I came in to see what everyone was up to and holy cow.....three pages of chat to catch up on! Geesh! Welcome to all the new ladies! I love all the new faces. I have a couple more ideas for flower cards, so we'll have to see if I actually get around to making them.....lol. I'm off to crawl into bed now.....time to get me some beauty sleep......and no comments from you little miss corrupter.....lol
Morning ladies......ooooo I just found the card sketch challenge with a master thread that start from #1!!! I am considering it. Anyone want to join me???
A circle punch does the job, punch out the circle, then punch out a petal from the edge of the circle. Create three petals, over lap as shown in the card. Cover edges with a small triangle. I make the grass and the stems freehand.

Shell, the card sketch challenges are a great way to get your mojo back; I've participated in those challenges occasionally. I am going to try to participate more often.
Good morning everyone... I too have done some of the sketch challenges but over Christmas got bogged down but want to try and get back at it when I get back home and settled in..
I had planned to go back to Saskatoon today but roads are not so hot so may have to wait a day... which means playing my DD craft room one more day....

I'm back But not for long I have to go back on Sunday. Alone this time. It is such a long drive. Ok I know I missed alot but the laptop I was using was a piece of crap and could not get on SCS. UGH!!!! So I have no idea what challenges I missed. But I see Kathy is the CDO LOL and so I am hoping when I get back for good next time, she will tell me every challenge I missed so I can get caught up. Missed you all. And boy did I miss alot of chatter (great job).

That's the way it goes, Lynn. It's the same for me. I usually am here in the daytime and everyone else comes in after I log off at night!
