I made circles with my dryer sheet & the only color I had in spray ink was gold, then used stickles around it...not sure what to do with it now.

Good morning ladies! It's a drop dead gorgeous day here! Giving the vet a second chance today (complain and you get a free recheck exam) first this morning and then I NEED to run to the gym. I'd like to scrapbook and maybe make a card this afternoon. American Idol Finale tonight.

Just uploaded second flower. Give it ten minutes to show in the gallery. Used scalloped circle dies this time. Friend is coming. More later!

LOL, I wondered where they were!! I found some dryer sheets I had saved so I am going to make some more flowers. However, I need to get some colored spray because it takes too long coloring with copics and I get orange fingers!!

The two flowers I made were done using spellbinders circle and scalloped circle dies. Has anyone tried a flower using a square or wonky square die? I am thinking of trying that to get a different shaped flower. I will post if I get one done. I have a small mister bottle. I also have reinkers. How do I make my own color mister? Would I just add water to some reinker?? Or something else??? Help!

Believe it or not the food colour from the grocery store works fabulously. You would not believe how well it works and it is only 1.49 for a package of four colours.

Great tip Dea, but I have lots of reinkers from SU and I just made a melon mambo mister! Cool....thanks Lynn. I just put water in the little ranger mister bottle I had and added three drops of color! Now when it dries, I will post a picture because I used the wonky squares die.

The things I use the most go in the drawer of my craft table for easy access. The blue container I got at Target last year for tools. I hung a rod on the wall for some of my punches. The flat ones are in a six drawer cart, and that is now full!!

It's actually just a corner in my living room! My computer desk is in the corner, then against one wall is the crafting table (moveable kitchen island) and then bookshelves and plastic carts full of stuff.

The wonky squares flower didn't come out the way I'd hoped. I think the trick to that is to use the same size dies. I tried to use all the different layers, but it didn't look like a flower. So I just cut out six of the same size dies and sprayed them. When they are dry, I will put them together and see how that one looks....logging off for the night. Goodnight grandpa.

I like the blue bucket idea. I have to have things easy to grab or I have a tendency to not want to go to all the effort... some days I am so lazy after work.

Has anyone missed me too? I've just been working late & having kids activities at school...last night I was trying to find my 10 yr old daughter who said to pick her up at 5:00 at school & she wasn't there, it turned out she had left with her friend but didn't tell anyone & I was crying because we were looking for her over an hour.

I found that I will use it more if I can get to it quickly. If it isn't close by, I tend to not use it. You aren't lazy at all, you're just like many of us! Put it out where you can see it and it will get used more! That's why I got rid of my Cricut. I had no place to let it set out and it got to be too much of a hassle to go get it out and plug it in....

Wow! I would have been scared out of my wits! I hope she got a good lecture about calling mom and letting her know where she is. One time my oldest hurt himself on the bus and they pulled him off the bus and sent him to the nurse, but the school nurse called me to let me know he would not be on the bus or I would have been scared witless when the bus got here! She knew where I lived and brought him home. (You could do that back then...)

Of course we missed you!
