Now you sound like DS#1. When he was little one time I was going to spank him and I said "I'm going to paddle you with my hand." and he says "you're gonna have to mom because I hid the paddle behind the tv!" LOL

I hid the letter opener in my craft table top drawer! LOL

The bead shop I used to go to had the letter opener base that you could embellish...I have also bought from Artbeads.com but have not looked to see if they have some.

Need to go see if grumpy left me anything in my fridge for supper

I don't have anything. I've never moved! At least not far enough to pack...moved from one place right into the next right in front of the other...that's the only move since we've been married...38 years ago!

They would make great gifts for my office friends, however their birthdays are all in mid May so I'm not sure I would have time to get everything together. I'm going to take a look at Michaels and ACMoore, but I doubt I will find anything that cool....

Glad it arrived! I spent the afternoon in the dentist chair....again! I think it's all better now, but it wipes me out to have a tooth worked on!

I won't get to the challenge card until Friday. Have an idea floating in my head.

Goodnight everyone!

Hmmm, darn it I forgot to check my mail. I've been out shopping for girls jeans after work, I didn't think that was going to be a chore.

dis(hydro)tic....sounds like water, or maybe lack of water...I will look it up too.

Yes, you did way too much at one time and the stress was a bit much. You forgot to add "started a new challenge on SCS" in your list of things you did all during the same time frame!! Hugs

I saw the new SU catalog online today! Might I say I think it's much better than the last one!! Several things I "need"...am disappointed that the new hexagon punch seems to be bigger than I had hoped.

It doesn't appear to. That's what I was hoping it would do, but it looks bigger than the 1" square punch and I measured the hexagon on the ef and it's only 5/8". I don't have the new punch to do a real test, but from the picture, that's what I see....

I would hate to have to cut my own hexagons, but I love the ef.

I've seen some hexagon dies (Spellbinders) so I am going to measure the smallest one in the set tomorrow if I can find it at Michaels. If it is the right size, I'll just buy the die set. I cut my own for a card and it is very time consuming.

You know, now that I think this through, I'm not sure I want a hexagon die. It would take just as long to run one through the big shot as it would to fussy cut one! I need to find a punch!
