Oh by the way, for those of you who think I know everything......... for your information Kathy knew the name of that SU stamp set that I did not..... so there, I am not a know it all!!!
Lauren!!! I think there was someone telling tales on me to get me into trouble!!! I have to admit.....I was kinda feeling sorry for our poor Lisa so I was trying to come up with a challenge to stump you!!! I finally gave up......but that is actually a compliment to you my friend. I love all the wonderful things you create and love seeing the amazing ways you step up to each of our challenges. Hats off to you!!
Okay, enough with the mushy stuff......I have one last card for this challenge. And then I'm going to bed. Lynn is playing with glitter, and I just finished getting all the glitter out of my hair from when she threw it all over everything at the cabin the last time we were there......Lauren is trying to clean up after Lynn....good luck....and she appears to be talking to herself....and answering.
Well well well Miss Yvonne...... now do tell I am intrigued...... have you been telling tales on me???
I did not know this...... well well well.....
I am always getting into trouble for being a know it all and in 2 other threads I have been in trouble today for that..... so I came in here to hide and keep the record straight..... ..... That Kathy knew something, she is the SU queen....
But now i know you have been talking about me, I might just get upset!!!! That is it, I am going to wear a bandaid over my mouth so I cannot open it... and I am going to put that sign up again...
The one that says....
"I cannot recall.....
"I don't know....
"I am not sure......
Do you think I will get away with that/??? do ya??? do ya????
Now you can send me a card and some spikey flowers just a few in white or cream or pink....
Well as you can see I did not go away and do the things I was going to do,.. of course not, I got distracted and then came back here....
I have a heap of blogging to do, and I have not done my MIU challenge, but I have done my Alphabet G, so that means I am finally up to date there....
But I have my buttons out.... and no clue what to do with them so I am going to go with the idea I got from Yvonne, a heart on lace... yep I got it first because I am ahead of you, so there!!! Naaa nnnaaaa nnnnaaaa nnnaaa nnnaaaaa
Lynn, thanks for the info. I was wondering if an anit glare screen would help. I will have to see if I can find one, maybe Walmart sells them. Will have to check it out. As for the monitor refresh, I will have to ask someone to check that out because I don't really know what you mean.
I have a "button" idea! It would be a case of a card a made many moons ago and it was said that "cas-ing" was fine! Just need to see if I have the right buttons around here or else I'll have to make some (no where is it said that it has to be a conventional button!).

Hey that's true I have button punches.......hmmmmm What to do. may just have to pull out the buttons and try those also. Thanks for the reminder Lynn L
Vickie, you are another one we would not have left behind. Cuz we are all so glad you joined our friendly group We would have come looking for you sooner or later
Yes, Yvonne picked a great one this time. didn't she
Wow! I'm glad I didn't stay up for this one last night cause I need some time to think it over and I would never have fallen asleep if I knew that! Great samples Yvonne and Lynn. Hey guess what? I just got buttons from SAB last week! NOw to figure out how to use them.
Lauren, I think I own every SU product in the catalog! Just Kidding, but I have a lot of catalogs and just looked back through them and found the name of the set. So see, I'm not so smart. I just have the right tools to find the answer! Our local thrift store had some catalogs on sale for 50 cents so I bought the ones I didn't already have.
Lynn, I hope the antiglare screen will help Donna. That was a good idea. You always are so full of them (ideas that is!!) LOL You can change your refresh rate for your monitor by going into the control panel, choose display, then advanced, then monitor and there is a place for refresh rate. I'm not sure what you should set it at though. Maybe Lynn could find that info.
Here's my case of one of my own cards! I couldn't find appropriate buttons so I made mine with my button embosslit from SU. I did change it up a little but basically it's the same as my previous card. I sponged the sky and the moon and snow are made from naturals white. I drew the nose, eyes, and arms with SU markers.

Awwwww, Donna, thank you...you must know me well...I have no sense of direction....I get turned around very easily, can never really back track to find my way around or out of anyplace...say turn right, I turn to my other right (that most peeps call left!). Maybe that's also called scatterbrained! LOL
Great way of thinking outside the box.....I love this! Great job!

That reminds me....I told DH to turn left the other day and he started to turn right and I said "no, the other left!" LOL
Vicki I'm so glad to see you were able to follow our beautiful pink trail over to the new thread! Just remember.....CASEing is allowed! Lol
Donna, isn't our Lynn such a treasure with her techy knowledge. It's so good to have her on our 'team'!
Kathy! I tried to get that little number finished and posted before you hit the hay.....I even posted it to my gallery before I blogged it!! Just for you!!
Deb! I'm glad you too were able to follow our blazing trail over to our new thread.....have fun playing with your buttons!
Yvonne, if you talk to Dani again, we have at least one person in the cupid swap still waiting on a Cupid package (Kathryn aka wileyk). We really need to know if Dani knows anything about if her package has been mailed or if we need an angel to step in.

Love your new avatar picture!!!
That's the "dressed up" me! You don't wanna see the weekend and early morning me! LOL
I'm in a swap (ha..imagine that!) to create a Flat Me paper doll (comparable to the adventures of a Flat Stanley) and sending the flat me paper doll to the person below me in the swap sign up...this was way beyond my comfort zone, which also required that I add a picture of "me" to the doll head and since I'm the one usually behind the camera, it was this one I used for the flat me so decided to also make it my avatar!
