Okay, I really am going to bed now. Goodnight Uncle Grandpa You wonder why I don't blog....I can't pull myself away from SCS long enough to do anything else!!
Everbody makes a sample card and then you put everything you need to make that card in a baggie one for every one and bring the stamps and punches or whatever and everyone makes one of your cards. Times 20. It was so much fun. I wish all of us could get together and craft. Why do we have to be so far apart from each other. I really would LOVE to meet all of you in person.
This is the only thread I can keep up on now. But it is the one I LOVE so I will never leave this one. I just am going to get my swaps completed and in the mail and then only do this one. Can't be on long so can't keep up any more.
Lynn, I don't know. I was wondering if there was something also. Just can't stay on long enough to research it. I am going to ask my sister to look it up for me. There must be something out there.
Awww Donna!! Don't push yourself.... Can I help you in any way with your swaps? Tell me what you need done and I will make it for you *hugs*

Today was a great day, got my grocery shopping done, went to some thrift stores, (my DD found thick weird sized records to alter. I got her 12 @ 25 cents a piece), Then I went to the next town ove 20 miles and took my friend out for a surprise birthday lunc. I just called and told her I'd be there in 20 min, lol. It all worked out. so it was a fun day.
Ready to Mix It Up again for another week. I had so many ideas floating around in my head and I was trying to decide which one would be the most fun. So this is what I came up with......
BUTTONS!!! Yup, buttons. But not just any ole' buttons.....this is not going to be just glue a button onto a card and your done challenge. Your buttons have to be incorporated right into the card to become a component of the card......don't know what I mean?? Stay tuned for a couple more minutes and I'll post my sample for you. I have one more sample to make and I'll do that tonight and either post it tomorrow morning or tonight before I hit the hay.....
Gorgeous flowers Lynn!! And........YAY.....gold star for you my friend!!! You got it! Great card and great use of buttons to make your Christmas Tree.....love it!!!
Wow Yvonne and Lynn, great cards. Buttons........Hmmmmm, I saw something made with buttons and was going to try it but it is a heart so will have to come up with something else. Hmmmmmm.........buttons.........will have to pick up more tomorrow. What to make.
I love this challenge Yvonne, great idea
Rosie, thanks, I will be waiting for Happy Mail. I love Happy Mail.
Yvonne..do you know how to colour the first line of your challenge to help it stand out...its under edit advanced..beside size on the top of the dialog box
