Mix It Up Challenge - Take Two!

This is my entry for the Glitter challenge... And really this time I had some fun and tried something new.. So once at it I did 2 cards.. Glitter is put away now... and even if there is still evidence of it being used.. I did try to use various colors on one piece. I don't have a lot of colors so had to make do.. but I am pleased..

Lisa and Lauren, My sister is checking out your blogs right now. LOLOLOLOL I may get her hooked yet!

When she gets the hang of blogs (she has never gotten into one in her life, doesn't even know what they are) I am going to have her check out Dawns and Vickie's also. LOL

She thinks my cards are pretty, which is a compliment but I said "oh yeah, well check these out"! She fovorited both. now I wonder what she will say about mine.

Ya, went and had a good long soak in the tub.....veeto'd the idea of getting dressed.....looked at myself in the mirror.....big mistake....lol lol lol. Gonna try and stay awake today. I spent most of the day sleeping yesterday which only had me awake almost all night cause I couldn't sleep!!! Sheesh!!

Don't send your germs this way! So far so good, although I have been sneezing a lot lately. And today, I burned my fingers getting a bowl out of the microwave! What's up with that? The food was not hot at all, but this dish was HOT! Got a blister on my finger. I will put some zinc oxide on it later. You know what that is??? Diaper rash cream! LOL

I didn't get out of bed until afternoon (very unusal for me!); then just sat around feeling yucky; finally got showered and dressed around 2 and DH took me for a drive and we ended up at Bob Evans for a bowl of soup ... so far so good; but I just might have to stay home again tomorrow for more recovery time (and will probably feel like doing some crafty things while I recover!)

Kathy, no germs heading your way...I think I gave them all to DH! Thanks for the tip on zinc oxide...those nuked bowls/dishes sure do get hot hot hot while the food inside the bowl is only warm.

I went in to volunteer today and my boss was out with this yuck. She sounded horrible when she called in. She says she was never sick before she got the flu shot! I didn't get it this year. I figure if everyone else got the flu shot, no one will have the flu to pass it on to me, right?
