Oh I wish we had an A. C. Moore here. Would have loved to get beads and such on sale there. We have no craft stores in the town where I live. I haven't been making cards either. But I did make a batch of Laundry liquid soap and a batch of bar soap for bathing. My house smells sooooo yummy right now. LOL
Donna, we opened a salon for our DD last february, we hired a stylist and she is the esthetician. I do the books which includes payroll, bookkeeping was my trade way back, many moons ago.
Not sure if I want to face the crowds today, I have to go out tomorrow, will return then. Hopefully everyone is back at work.
Maybe I will work on a card, yes, that sounds perfect.
Janet did you buy anything at A C Moore? What are you making with the wool?

JCI to say hello! Lots of snow here in my corner of the world; no mojo lately; DH took me to Archivers (a 2 hour drive one way) today; was disappointed in most of the product is still Christmas related. I did get some masks to use with glimmer mists and an embossing folder called Brush Poinsettia and Winter Berries set, a mini movers and shapers holtz cardinal and poinsettia die and a beautiful spellbinders die called majestic elements, resplendent rectangles.
I got worsted weight yarn (Wool-ease) from Lion's Brand, the only yarn they had in that Fisherman's wool is a beige color, & I wanted grey. Yarn is on sale at JoAnns for 25% off yarn. I also see some other types of yarn on sale at Michaels.

Good Morning Just a quick check in to see what everyone is up to.....
I have really been enjoying my GG kids but have been battling a cold. etc. so has slowed me down a little...I think I will go to walk in toay and see if Ican get something for this pesky cough
Ok, who has the best left over turkey receipe? LOL!!!! There is so much here I do not know what to do with it. I cooked a 7 KG (around 15 lbs, I think) bird with only 3 of us eating it. I think I will have a gaggle by New Years.
Enjoy your day, I have to get routine blood work done. Then grocery shopping for my turkey cassarole.

Oh Kathy, how much snow fell? Be careful shoveling, take your time. Would love to see kitty playing in the snow. You could share videos with Lauren and compare kitty at playing.
It has warmed up here, finally. Just below 0, I believe. No big plans for today, some ironing and maybe card making and uploading, and finishing off the turkey casserole from last night. Lynn, I like your idea of pot pie.

Probably about six inches so far. Time to go clean off the car again. I like to keep up with it so it isn't as hard to clean off. DS is home, well not right at the moment. He went to get us chinese. He loves playing in the snow and he has four wheel drive. I just hope the place is open. I'm starving. I will try to get pictures of kitty in the snow. You can't miss him, he's black! LOL

Susan, make turkey noodle soup or chop up the turkey and add it to dressing and eat it on buns. Or make a turkey casserole. You can always make more and freeze it for later.
