Donna- thinking about you today hope it is better than you think it will be..
Vicky Love your card
I kept getting Kathy and Donna mixed up as well but think I have it straight now, Now I really have to think to get Chris and Susan straight.. One think for sure,, Helps to keep my old head thinking...... but I have an advantage.. I just chalk it up to being old..lol.... truth is I have always got names mixed up so sort of shoots that theory. Hope you alll get some crafting in today..
Love your card Lynn, Kathy, I have been looking all over for wooden scrabble pieces also. Even asking friends. I can't find them anywhere. I had a few that someone send me a long time ago but they are now gone Someday I will come across some somewhere at some thrift store, I hope.
I'll check some thrift stores here & hope I see any Scrabble games with the old wooden pieces & also will ask some women in chorus. Do you want the entire game??

Love all the cards ladies. Wow, I haven't even started.
Kathy, yes I am glad it is over for this week. They don't have school tomorrow so my son took them to the other grandmothers house for the weekend. Stress level went way down.
Janet, if you could find one of the games, I just want the wooden pieces. Thank you
Hello my AlphaX_____, y'all are really coming up with some cute ideas for the letter X. I'm still thinking on mine. Lynn and Bev, I do not think you are stretching it....I think your ideas for the letter X are awesome. I think I know what I want to do....however, I need time to make sure it's going to work. With Ron coming home...I'm busy cleaning. He's not going to be here long. He said he is basically coming home long enough for the two of us to get our new vehicles and then he is out again. I went and test drove mine today and I love it. I don't know if I told y'all what I am getting....A Jeep Liberty Jet. The only thing I may change is the color. The one the dealer has is a dark blue, the Liberty doesn't come in the ocean blue I wanted. And I am not thrilled about the dark blue. I am thinking white. I need to talk to my husband and see what he thinks. He didn't call me tonight so I didn't get to talk to him about it.
So how are all of you doing? I'm still not sleeping but I did make an appt with the doctor next week. I called my family doctor instead of going thru my pain management doctor because everything he has tried hasn't worked.
Well I better count the X points that are out here so I stay on top of them. I will be out here for awhile this morning because I am covering a shift in the gallery. So hopefully someone comes in here so I have someone to talk to. The last time I covered this shift the gallery was very slow.
Well y'all have a great day!!!!! Huggs to all ya all. Oh and
DONNA I DARE you to make a card that shows a XEROX on it. Do you accept my challenge?
Dani, Yes I accept your challenge. A xerox??? Hmmmmmm wonder if that could mean a xeroxed copy of a stamp???? Will have to thnk on this one. I love Bev's digi image she used, maybe I could "xerox" it!!! LOL
Location: In the Forest with my Forest Friends, of course!
Good Morning Friends!
Have a FABULOUS Day!
... ♥ ... ♥ ... ♥ ...
Today is Frankenstein Friday, Mule Day, Feast of Sacrifice Day, International Bandana Day, National Mincemeat Day, ewwww!!! That’s NO way to celebrate my birthday! National Pharmacy Buyer Day, and National Breadstix Day (I’ll have mine with spaghetti, please! In fact, hold the breadstix and just give me spaghetti).
Enjoy your holiday of choice today!
Please excuse the interruption, but here’s a PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
reminding us that parenting isn’t for the faint of heart!
A woman with five siblings (three sisters and two brothers), was chatting with her mom about how she had changed as a mother from the first child to the last. The mom said she had mellowed a lot over the years: "When the oldest sister coughed or sneezed, I called the ambulance. When the youngest brother swallowed a dime, I just told him it was coming out of his allowance."
I have checked out all the great X cards in the gallery. Great work everyone. I kept thinking and thinking about what I could do and my poor little brain was getting sooo tired. I thought all the possibilities were taken, but I think I may finally have an idea. I need to get to work on it.
This is a difficult letter!!!
I am hybernating today.
We had about 2 inches of heavy wet snow last evening.(ick!!)
I was hoping not to see any here in the city until after Halloween.
