I understand Tony's funny words, we have funny words here that I can't type on SCS because they come out all stars!!!
We seem to be more in tune with the Poms (no offence Tony) than the US, the US is very European in so many ways, so much German descent I think. Whereas the Europeans didn't really come to Australia until after WW2.
I think I would like you Bollo story... tee hee.. don't forget it has to carry on from you A story!!!
Now I am off to do lists and orders for the week, yuk, I hate office work...
Hmm. I always thought that the US was not very European at all!! Interesting insight from across the globe!!!!
Well, I have a story but no energy to play!!!! Hopefully I can plan out my card and get it done in the morning. Have you noticed a pattern with me??? I'm always waiting till the last minute!!!! What's new???
I stopped by your blog just a few minutes ago. It's very nice. Lots of amazing stamping and paper crafts to see! I liked the tips on TLC for punches. Thanks for sharing ~ Diane
Sam ~ Be assured - no worries about your A card and no rush on the B card. Stamping is to B enjoyed. I look forward to seeing your lovely angel card when you accomplish it and also your beautiful B card.

Thank you Diane!! I'm hoping to work on my B section of my story today. I can't wait till this weekend to have time to play!!!!
Okay ladies, I am here. I am going to post the challenge and then I will get caught up on the chatter. Not sure if it will happen back to back because my friend and her mom want to go to the craft store and then to Olive Garden for lunch. Anyway...I am here to post the challenge. So...I shall return.
Hello everyone. If you are new to the Alphabet Challenge please go back and read post #1 to see how this challenge works. Everyone is welcome to play it doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a pro at card making....we welcome EVERYONE!!!!!!
This week the Alphabet Challenge is being done with the letter "B". So your challenge this week is to add a second line to your story. Only this time you will need to use a word that begins with the letter "B" somewhere in your story. Remember, whatever your word is that is the item that you need to have on your card.
If you did not play last week or are not planning on writing a story, please read someone else's and make a card based on what they wrote. OR You can start a story with the letter B. OR if you can only play now and again...you can start with B and add to it with the next letter you are able to play.
I am looking forward to reading each and every one of your stories. So far you ladies have a great beginning to them so have fun adding your second line.
On a normal basis I would post my card here and give you an example as I add the second line to my story. However, since I am on vacation I will add the second line but I will have to make the card when I get home.
Ashdale ate an apple after assisting the animals. Ashdale and all her friends lived in the land of SCS. A land where "BEST FRIENDS" were bound to be found.
Again, I will add my card once I get home. Ok is everyone ready to see who the "Happy Mail Lucky Dog" is? Drumroll please:
triasimate
Congratulations triasimate!!!!! I have an address on file for you. If you would like the cards sent else where please pm me the address. Again Congrats!!!! Ladies if you plan on sending triasimate your "A" card please pm me for her address.
Ok everyone...have fun writing the next line of your story. I look forward to reading them and looking at your cards. Please use the keyword: DDABC3 - B and HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!
Lynn, didn't your best friend come along andd uput that band aid on???? And wasn't it a Barbie band aid??? and it stopped the bump from forming???? so you could bounce around being bad????
Continuing from the “Letter A” story - you’ll be glad to know that Annie is all better from her abundant apple eating abdominal ache.
Annie’s brother, Bert bought beautiful Beth a bear for her birthday. He begged Annie to bake some bread to be given with the bear. But Annie stamped a beautiful birthday card instead. Bert bellowed “That’s better than bread!”
OK I have no brains, no thoughts on how to continue, so I have plaigerised Diane's work, only the names have been changed to protect the innocent!!
Because it was brilliant and breezy, Antarctica was a mass of barren bergs and peaks making it brightly visible beneath the bright blue sky as baby penguins and baby seals frolicked on the ice and in the briny water, amusing all on board the plane.
Back home Angel’s brother Brian bought baby Barbara some blocks for a belated birthday. He begged Belinda to bake a biscuit to go in the box with the blocks, but Belinda brayered a bright birthday book instead. Brian bellowed “That’s better than biscuits!”
Thank you Diane, I really could not improve on a perfect story line!!!
Be back later with a card when I find a blockstamp!!!
