Well after gloating that I walked down my hallway to the elevator and back I thought it was time to say THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for all the prayers and well wishes. I am sure that is what has kept me going. I am even thinking about how I can set up my desk in the craft room so I can keep my leg elevated for a time and not bend over the 90 degree mark.. I can see already that will be my biggest challenge....
When Yvonne me talked into coming on board ,I had no idea it would be so much fun talking to so many and sharing ideas , addictive, etc etc etc..... Love you all
Dani, hope to see you back soon. I don't know if I can get my F card done but will see what happens.. but the rest of you can keep me entertained lol....
Dianne love your story.. am waiting for the next chapter...
I wont try to name all of you as I am sure I will miss someone... but will be trying to keep track of you all in the days to come... Thanks again for being who you are....
Hello Marvelous Marion,
It was so nice to see you on the thread. I'm glad to know your recovery is going so well. You'll be stamping before you know it. You can catch up or skip a letter whenever
needed. See you again soon.

Hello everyone. I am sooo sorry I have been MIA. I have not yet read my pm's so if you sent me one, I will answer it asap. I have a ton of chatter to catch up on and I need to post the I Spy Challenge. So I think I will post the I Spy Challenge, answer my pm's, add new swappers and then catch up on chatter. I was quarenteened (sp) with my dd and my granddaughter. They thought my gd had the mumps. It turns out she has Salvatory Stones. Instead of me trying to explain what it is...if you are curious I invite you to look it up. However, please know it looks gross. We got to come home Thursday (I think it was Thurs.) I feel like this past week has been one long day. However, my gd wanted me to stay at her house with her ... so of course I did. My husband does go back to work on the 14th so I will be coming on here like I used to. Yay!!!! I miss all of you soooo much!!!! Thank you to those of you that texted me to check on me, that was very sweet of you. Ok, I am going to get ta getting on posting the challenge for this week. We have our middle daughter and her husband coming to visit today from out of town. She would like to spend time with her dad before he leaves out so I am going to get done what I can in the next hour and then I will come back on after they leave this evening and finish up. Again, I am sooo sorry for being MIA for sooo long. Big Huggs to all!!!!!!!!
Hello from sunny and beautiful Hawaii!! Day one of our holiday here and lovin' it so far! Hey mom! Great to see ya sneak on for a quick hello......love ya!
My letter F story...thanks to my ghost writer Diane
On Friday, Lynn & Canine Edward freely forged to a family friend’s favorite farm through the forest. They found four funny forest folks having a camp fire and frying marshmallows for fun. Freddy Skunk had a funny, funky fragrance! Yet, his friends did not forsake him, and with fortitude sat as far as feasible to feast with their friend. The forest folks were friendly and gave forth an offer for the new friends to join the fun. The fragrance was too fresh, so Lynn and Edward forged forward to find the familiar farm. They found five fine-looking, fresh, fragrant flowers along the footpath for the family friend. The friendly forest friends followed them! The fable is not finished, follow it onto Letter G.
I know... where is everyone?????? Hiding in the corner waiting for someone to jump out... or maybe fighting over the naughty chair or something..
Dani.. thinking of you. Hope things settle down for you soon.
No we did not abandon this thread... it seems people are chatting over in the mix it up thread this week.... No reason why... Just seems to have happened that way.... come on over and say hi!!
Saw something silly the other day and forgot to tell you. A friend and I went to Olive Garden for lunch and were sitting at a red light on the strip. To our left was a tax office and standing out front was a college student (I presume...because they would do almost anything for a buck!) dressed as lady liberty hold an arrow sign pointing in to the tax office. He was using the sign as an air guitar. We were laughing hysterically, as he seemed to be having a great time!
What a day I had today.. I got Happy Mail X 4 plus a my parcel from Yvonne...Wow.. then on top of all that I got graduated to one crutch instead of a walker
Lynn Thank you my only Valentine card and right on the day.. What else could you ask for. Love that punch. can't remember seeing it before.. The physio loved the stars. ( and so did I) I have a friend that does that for every birthday and Christmas.. This year I think was the first ime I didn't dump them all on the floor lol
Donna - I always admire the stitched cards and have never tried to do one. so I am trilled to pieces to get these cards. They will be treasured for sure. The cupcake is so sparkly and the get well card is so evenly stitched.. Thank you SOOOO much.
Bev- Thank you . what a striking card I do love it.. Do you have cricket to cut out such a big musical note. The black and white is so striking.. I am in awe of your border punch as well..
As you can see It has been quite a day.. How fortunate can one person be???
Thanks again for all the well wishes etc.. I felt them all. You girls are the best
Good morning ladies. I wanted to pop in to share with you that my life is getting back to "normal" yay!!!! One more out of town trip which I leave today and come back Sunday. Then I have my grandchildren and granddogs Monday and Tuesday because my son in law is having surgery. Then come Wed or Thurs my life should be all mine again. Yay!!!!! I miss y'all soooo much!!!! And believe me when I say "I'm not just saying that." I never realized just how much time I spend with y'all. Once my life got busy (which most of you know I am not used to) I just couldn't find the time I needed for SCS and that put me in a whirlwind. Then guilt set in cuz I knew y'all were doing your part and me as your hostess was not. And now I am overwhelmed. I am so far behind on my story and card making I feel overwhelmed. My granddaughter made up a new story for me while she was in the hospital. Thank you Diane for giving me the idea of sharing my story with her. She found mine boring so she rewrote it. It was nice because for awhile she wasn't crying. Anyway....I don't want to bore y'all...so let me say this....I have learned a valuable lesson. The lesson is: I NEED Y'ALL IN MY LIFE!!!!! Also, never and I do mean never again will I not check in at least once a day. I am soooo far behind on the chatter and commenting on cards it's not even funny. So, once I figure out how to deal with feeling overwhelmed I am sure I will be fine. It sure is great to be back. I just can't wait until I know for sure it will be like it used to for me. That will be Wed or Thurs. I missed y'all very very very much!!!! Thank you sooo much for continuing to play along. Y'all are the BEST!!!!!!!!!! And once I am home I will make sure to catch up on all the cards and stories. That is a promise!!!!!! As far as how and when will I get mine all caught up is still in question. When I am feeling overwhelmed I sort of freeze. I dont know if that makes sense...however, I will figure it out. Big Huggs for everyone!!!!!
Dani.. take a deep breath and grab a coffee. I can relate to that overwhelmed feeling and it is hard to just wade in one thing at a time and then it all comes together... LOL that sounds so know it all hah ha as if.. anyway life does get in the way sometimes.. good to see your name pop up
all is good
Hello everyone. I'm on a library computer stopping by to say hello. Our Internet connection is down and will be for many more days. So, you won't see me for awhile. I just wanted to touch base. See you next week - hopefully. Blessings to you. Happy Stampin'! ~ Diane
