April 2012 Sneaky Peek #1

Day #1
<div><strong>Commemorating You&nbsp;</strong></div>
<br>It's Day #1 of Sneaky Peek Week. And we are so happy to kick it off with a brand new set designed by our very own <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="off" shape="rect" href="http://iheart2stamp.com/2012/04/17/tcp-tuesday-sneaky-peek-week/" linktype="1" target="_blank">Jen del Muro</a>. <br><br>You see Jen has been hankering for another set to go with our <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://thecatspajamasrs.com/Cutting.htm#StampTrio" linktype="1" target="_blank">Stamp Trio CutUps</a>. A stamp set that could be used all year round. So we put our heads together and came up with "Commemorating You". With over thirty stamps you can mix and match, we think this is one of our most versatile sets, yet.<br><br>And though it was designed to be used with the <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://thecatspajamasrs.com/Cutting.htm#StampTrio" linktype="1" target="_blank">Stamp Trio CutUps</a>, this set stands on its own.<br><br>
<div style="text-align: center;" align="center"><img alt="Jen del Muro" src="http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk94/almadelarosa_album/Dies/April2012Collection/JenCommemorating.jpg" border="0" height="387" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="450"><br><br></div>
Based on vintage stamp designs, this set has a modern, but slightly shabby look. You can use the various corner designs to create a look that is perfect for your card or project. You can stack the saying on top of one another like Jen does here. She even curves one of them to fit in the banner.<br><br>
<div style="text-align: center;" align="center"><img alt="Carole Burrage" src="http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk94/almadelarosa_album/Dies/April2012Collection/CBMikesGetWell.jpg" border="0" height="384" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="500">&nbsp;</div>
<br>Or, like <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://motherslittlehelper.typepad.com/mothers_little_helper/2012/04/an-exclusive-early-sneaky-peekin-mojo-monday.html" linktype="1" target="_blank">Carole Burrage</a>, stamp the sentiments separately for a whole different look. Included in the stamp set is are four silhouettes that work wonderfully with the stamp sets. We think that the our modern silhouettes are a wonderful twist on this popular trend.<br>
<div><span><br>
<div style="text-align: center;" align="center"><img alt="Nancy Thomas" src="http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk94/almadelarosa_album/Dies/April2012Collection/TCPCommemorating_Nancy.jpg" border="0" height="597" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="500">&nbsp;</div>
</span></div>
<br><a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://nancythomas.blogspot.com/2012/04/sending-birthday-wishes-cats-pajamas.html" linktype="1" target="_blank">Nancy Thomas</a> shows more of the the silhouettes in this card, using the <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://thecatspajamasrs.com/Cutting.htm#StampTrio" linktype="1" target="_blank">Stamp Trio CutUps</a>, as well. I just love all the different looks that this versatile set can give.<br><br>And the rest of the designers have been busy stamping away with this set. Check out, <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://inkaboutme.blogspot.com/" linktype="1" target="_blank">Amy</a>, <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://www.stampinwithjulie.blogspot.com/" linktype="1" target="_blank">Julie</a>, and <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://www.susiestampalot.com/" linktype="1" target="_blank">Susan</a> and our wonderful Swanky Stampers, <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://noelle-paperandice.blogspot.com/" linktype="1" target="_blank">Noelle McAdams</a>, <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://christinecreations.blogspot.com/" linktype="1" target="_blank">Christine Okken</a>, and <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://wakeupwithwendy.blogspot.com/" linktype="1" target="_blank">Wendy McGaffey</a>.

April 2012 Sneaky Peek #2

Day #2
<div><strong>Bloom&nbsp;</strong></div>

<br>It's Day #2 of Sneaky Peek Week. And, what would one of our collections be without the appearance of a certain big eared bunny? Or Bun Bun, as he is known affectionately by some of you.<br><br>When I first saw this drawing, I thought how sweet it would be to do a Mother's Day card with it. <br><br>
<div style="text-align: center;" align="center"><img alt="Jen del Muro" src="http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk94/almadelarosa_album/Dies/April2012Collection/CBBloom.jpg" border="0" height="490" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="500"><br><br></div>
Just stamped up and colored simply, with copics or watercolors like <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://motherslittlehelper.typepad.com/mothers_little_helper/2012/04/sneaky-peek-bloom.html" linktype="1" target="_blank">Carole Burrage</a> has done, this bunny is sweet as can be. Just a classic, lighthearted design that is so much fun to color and dress up or down.<br><br>
<div style="text-align: center;" align="center"><img alt="Bloom" src="http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk94/almadelarosa_album/Dies/April2012Collection/DSC00112.jpg" border="0" height="585" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="525">&nbsp;</div>
<br>And dress up the bunny, <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://www.susiestampalot.com/" linktype="1" target="_blank">Susan Liles</a> does. Bright happy colors for Spring and lovely tone on tone textures really highlight how special this stamp really it. Susan embosses the edge created with the <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://thecatspajamasrs.com/Cutting.htm#BigScallop" linktype="1" target="_blank">Big Scallop CutUps</a> and brings the whole card together.<br>
<div><span><br>
<div style="text-align: center;" align="center"><img alt="Bloom" src="http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk94/almadelarosa_album/Dies/April2012Collection/NoelleBloom.jpg" border="0" height="640" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="480">&nbsp;</div>
</span></div>
<br>Swanky Stamper, <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://noelle-paperandice.blogspot.com/" linktype="1" target="_blank">Noelle McAdams</a> shows just how Swanky she is with this pretty piece of home decor doing a little paper tole technique on the bunny. (Am I the only one that thinks that Noelle has got some crazy cutting skills?) <br><br>And you'll notice one of our brand new dies, the Pom Pom Flower CutUps. You've seen these flowers all over the internet and on <a href="http://pinterest.com/catspjsstamps/" style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" linktype="1" track="on" target="_blank">Pinterest</a>. It was just one off those things that made us say, "there needs to be a die for that". So we did. <br><br>I think you'll agree that "Bloom" will be one of those stamps you reach for over and over.

"Bloom" and the Pom Pom Flower CutUps die will be available for purchase on April 24.

Head on over and leave a comment on our&nbsp;</span><a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/forums/cats-pajamas-f277/win-our-april-2012-collection-t552323.html" linktype="1" target="_blank">"In It To Win It!" April 2012 Sneaky Peek #3

Day #3
<div><strong>Bubble Therapy&nbsp;</strong></div>

It's Day #3 of Sneaky Peek Week. Which means that there are only 4 more sleeps before Release Day on April 24th.<br><br>"Bubble Therapy" is the name of this brand-spanking new set featuring my favorite kitty heroine, Sprinkle.<br>For the longest time I've been wanting to do a "beauty" set featuring her and I'm so happy I got to finally do one.<br><br>
<div style="text-align: center;" align="center"><img alt="Jen del Muro" src="http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk94/almadelarosa_album/Dies/April2012Collection/JDBubbles.jpg" border="0" height="577" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="425"><br><br></div>
This card by <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" href="http://iheart2stamp.com/" shape="rect" linktype="1" target="_blank">Jen del Muro</a> really shows her off. So pretty in green, pink and black, this card would be wonderful with a gift of bath salts or bubble bath. Love the bits of bling floating in the "bubbles".<br><br>
<div style="text-align: center;" align="center"><img alt="Bloom" src="http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk94/almadelarosa_album/Dies/April2012Collection/JPBubbleTherapy.jpg" border="0" height="485" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="500">&nbsp;</div>
<br>Or how about this card by <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" href="http://mylittlestampinspot.blogspot.com/" shape="rect" linktype="1" target="_blank">Jenny Peterson</a>? I love the colors that she used here. Paired with the New Heart Border CutUps also releasing on April 24, and a crinkled bit of seam binding ribbon, <span>it almost has a bohemian feel</span>.<br>
<div><span><br>
<div style="text-align: center;" align="center"><img alt="Sneaky Peek 3" src="http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk94/almadelarosa_album/Dies/April2012Collection/WEndybubble.jpg" border="0" height="400" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="500">&nbsp;</div>
</span></div>
<br>Swanky Stamper,&nbsp;<a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" href="http://wakeupwithwendy.blogspot.com" shape="rect" linktype="1" target="_blank">Wendy McGaffey</a> really works the bubble theme in this set with the pretty paper and pearls. <br><br>I think there are days that we can all use a little "Bubble Therapy". Don't you? But don't take my word for it, take a peek at <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" href="http://www.stampinwithjulie.blogspot.com/" shape="rect" linktype="1" target="_blank">Julie</a>, <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" href="http://pickledpaperdesigns.blogspot.com/" shape="rect" linktype="1" target="_blank">Amy</a>, and <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" href="http://nancythomas.blogspot.com/" shape="rect" linktype="1" target="_blank">Nancy</a> and our wonderful Swanky Stampers <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" href="http://christinecreations.blogspot.com/" shape="rect" linktype="1" target="_blank">Christine Okken</a>, and <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" href="http://noelle-paperandice.blogspot.com/" shape="rect" linktype="1" target="_blank">Noelle McAdams</a>&nbsp; and see what they have done with "Bubble Therapy."

April 2012 Sneaky Peek #4

Day #4
<div><strong>Aye Aye, Captain&nbsp;</strong></div>

It's Day #4 of Sneaky Peek Week. And Release Day on April 24th is fast approaching. It's the very middle of Sneaky Peek Week and what better time to introduce another Bunny. This time he's in a sweet little rowboat.<br><br>This is one of my favorite new images and I just love that this stamp can be used with our Wave CutUps.<br><br>
<div style="text-align: center;" align="center"><img alt="Nancy Thomas" src="http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk94/almadelarosa_album/Dies/April2012Collection/TCPAyeCaptain_Nancy.jpg" border="0" height="635" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="500"><br><br></div>
But don't take my word for it. Take a gander at this beauty by <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://nancythomas.blogspot.com/" linktype="1" target="_blank">Nancy Thomas</a>. I love how she incorporated a knot into her card. So nautical! This card is so fresh and bright, it just shouts Spring!<br><br>
<div style="text-align: center;" align="center"><img alt="Aye Aye Captain" src="http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk94/almadelarosa_album/Dies/April2012Collection/LOAyeAyeCaptain.jpg" border="0" height="507" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="500">&nbsp;</div>
<br>Now here is a fun, seaworthy card by <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://sunflowerstudio.typepad.com/sunflower_studio" linktype="1" target="_blank">Leigh O'Brien</a>. She uses one of the life preservers in the set, and drapes it over the front of the ship. So cute! <br><br>Did you spot one of our NEW CutUps in this card? It's the wave pattern. We call this die the Mustache Slide. That's right. Replace the green ribbon with a darker ribbon and it's a mustache. Turn it upside down and it's leaves or petals. It all depends on what color ribbon you use.<br>
<div><span><br>
<div style="text-align: center;" align="center"><img alt="Aye Aye Captain" src="http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk94/almadelarosa_album/Dies/April2012Collection/ASayeayecaptain2_aks.jpg" border="0" height="451" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="500">&nbsp;</div>
</span></div>
<br><a href="http://pickledpaperdesigns.blogspot.com/" style="color: #333333 ! important; text-decoration: underline ! important;" linktype="1" track="on" target="_blank">Amy Sheffer</a> really gives us a sweet, a scrappy look to her card using this set. Not only does she use the <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://thecatspajamasrs.com/Cutting.htm#Wave" linktype="1" target="_blank">Wave</a> CutUps, but the <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://www.thecatspajamasrs.com/Cutting.htm#BigScallop" linktype="1" target="_blank">Big Scallop</a> CutUps, as well. How fun is it that she tilts the boat in her card? Very!<br><br>Want to see more of "Aye Aye, Captain"? April 2012 Sneaky Peek #5

Day #5
<div><strong>The Mustache Set&nbsp;</strong></div>

It's Day #5 of Sneaky Peek Week. Release Day on April 24th is coming fast. Today we are showcasing a stamp set and matching CutUps that I've been wanting to do for awhile! Mustaches! <br><br>Father's Day is fast approaching and I think this set is perfect for the man in your life. And you may be aware that the mustache is the symbol for Prostate Cancer Awareness, and the Movember Movement, just like the Pink Ribbon is for Breast Cancer. <br><br>
<div style="text-align: center;" align="center"><img alt="The Mustache Set" src="http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk94/almadelarosa_album/Dies/April2012Collection/April2012NewRelease.jpg" border="0" height="554" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="500"><br><br></div>
<span>The Mustache set and The Mustaches CutUps are perfect for masculine cards for that man in your life. Like this card by <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://inkaboutme.blogspot.com/" linktype="1" target="_blank">Amy Rohl</a>. I like to think of the mustache as the "Flower" on a card</span><br><br>
<div style="text-align: center;" align="center"><img alt="The Mustache Set" src="http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk94/almadelarosa_album/Dies/April2012Collection/NoelleMustache.jpg" border="0" height="640" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="480">&nbsp;</div>
<br>This card by Swanky Stamper <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://noelle-paperandice.blogspot.com/" linktype="1" target="_blank">Noelle McAdams</a> really shows off not only The Mustache Set, but the Mustaches CutUps and the Mustache slide, along with our <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://www.thecatspajamasrs.com/Cutting.htm#CircusBorder" linktype="1" target="_blank">Circus Border CutUps</a>. Just a fun card with an unexpected gift.<br><br>
<div><span><br>
<div style="text-align: center;" align="center"><img alt="Mustache" src="http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk94/almadelarosa_album/Dies/April2012Collection/NTMustache.jpg" border="0" height="640" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="500">&nbsp;</div>
</span></div>

April 2012 Sneaky Peek #6

Day #6
<div><strong>Wish&nbsp;</strong></div>

It's Day #6 of Sneaky Peek Week! Are you excited about Release Day on April 24th? We are! Today we are introducing one more bunny and we are over the moon about this set. At least the bun bun is! This sweet little clear set is called "Wish" and I think you'll be able to guess why.<br><br>
<div style="text-align: center;" align="center"><img alt="Wish" src="http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk94/almadelarosa_album/Dies/April2012Collection/LOWish.jpg" border="0" height="393" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="500"><br><br></div>
<span>This sweet little bunny is perfect for coloring and paper piecing! </span>And he is so content to sit on the moon and fish for wishes. <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" href="http://sunflowerstudio.typepad.com/sunflower_studio" shape="rect" linktype="1" target="_blank">Leigh O'Brien</a> shows just what I mean. What a wonderful card full of texture and patterns. And not only does Leigh use our soon to be released Heart Border CutUps, but also the Pom Pom Flower CutUps as fringe for even more texture.<br><br>
<div style="text-align: center;" align="center"><img alt="Wish" src="http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk94/almadelarosa_album/Dies/April2012Collection/COWish.jpg" border="0" height="599" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="500">&nbsp;</div>
<br>Swanky Stamper <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" href="http://christinecreations.blogspot.com/" shape="rect" linktype="1" target="_blank">Christine Okken</a> really makes this set shine using double layers of the Heart Border CutUps and weaving pretty velvet ribbon throughout. <br><br>
<div><span><br>
<div style="text-align: center;" align="center"><img alt="Wish" src="http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk94/almadelarosa_album/Dies/April2012Collection/LTWishSM.jpg" border="0" height="584" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="475">&nbsp;</div>
</span></div>
<br><a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" href="http://inkingaloud.blogspot.com/" shape="rect" linktype="1" target="_blank">Lori Tecler</a> takes the minimalist approach when coloring up her bunny, and I must say I love it. I also love how whimsical her card is with the star from the stamp replaced by twine and a shiny star.<br><br>Want to see more of "Wish"? Then head on over to <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://stampinwithjulie.blogspot.com/" linktype="1" target="_blank">Julie</a>, <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" href="http://www.susiestampalot.com" shape="rect" linktype="1" target="_blank">Susan</a>, and <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" href="http://iheart2stamp.com/" shape="rect" linktype="1" target="_blank">Jen</a> and our wonderful Swanky Stampers &nbsp;<a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" href="http://noelle-paperandice.blogspot.com/" shape="rect" linktype="1" target="_blank">Noelle McAdams</a>, and <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;" track="on" shape="rect" href="http://wakeupwithwendy.blogspot.com" linktype="1" target="_blank">Wendy McAffey</a> and see what they have done with "The Mustache Set."<br>
