Subscriptions to Members' Galleries????

I seem to be having problems with my subscriptions to fellow stampers galleries. I really love this function, but lately it seems to terminate for no reason. Then I have to go back in and subscribe again. It doesn't seem to happen to all of them at once.....just randomly disconnects me from the subscription and the subsequent emails.....any idea what is happening???

My SCS visiting time has been somewhat limited lately, so the email notifications helped me to stay up to date with some stampers' work.

Any help, suggestions, or explanations would be helpful. Obviously no rush needed...would just like to know what is going on.

Okay - if you could give me a list of usernames you're having trouble with that would be great. One thing is that non Fan Club members won't send you a notification when they upload - you'll get a notification when their uploads are approved, but we have a bug that tells you that the uploader's name is the moderator that approves them, not the user, and we are working on getting that fixed. Maybe that's what's happening to you.

it has happened a few times....most recently it was with Pat Smether's gallery 'Blooms in a Box'......I just happened to notice that I hadn't received a notification for a longgggg time so I went to her gallery and sure enough, she was stamping away, but my notifications had been cut off quite a while ago....I did not receive any notification....not even with a wrong name

on the other hand, my subscription to Brenda aka 'Benzi' has never been cutoff....it comes through perfectly all the time......

others, including I think LilLuvsStampin and Mothermark have worked for a while and then 'shut down' randomly......as a matter of a fact, now that I think about it I don't think I have received updates on Mudda for a bit.....

those are just some examples of what happens......weird, eh?????

My fan club membership was renewed before the due date, so there should be no problem on my end.....

I really do like the subscription idea and come to depend on it......
