Hey guys - this is normally a strange temporary browser issue we can't track down. The items that you can see are the ones that are in your member gallery, and the ones that are in specific galleries (like SU galleries, technique galleries, etc.) are the ones you temporarily can't see. I can see everything in both your galleries.
A cache clearing or a reboot fixes it most of the time, but if not, it's a short lived problem and the browser usually reconnects to your member gallery within half an hour or so.

Yep! I just deleted all my cookies and what not last night thinkin it would help my SLOOOOOW Computer!!!!! LOL Thanks so much so I will hope it fixes itself by the time I come home from vacation on the 20th... LOL SO glad they are still elsewhere... competitions and such you know...
OH! and I guess while I have your attention... LOL
Is there a reason why all my threads show WAY off to the right??? THAT just started happening yesterday morning... I have to move the window over to read....

It's the devil we know as Internet Explorer! Yes, again.
See the Sponsored link box lower left above the Martha ad? It's a broken ad, and for some reason IE is jacking up the whole page because of it. The site looks totally normal in all other browsers.
So you can temporarily switch to FF or Chrome if you want to see the site normally until that ad gets fixed.

LOL!!! No trouble.... I appreciate your time!!! I did see there was a NO SEE add there!!! LOL I did see though just a minute ago that the MS add is working... I guess that is why sometimes its crooked and sometimes not! LOL

Are you talking about your personal gallery? That can be a browser issue. Reboots or just waiting about 15 minutes fixes that. If you can't see your main gallery you aren't getting your cache cleared out all the way. Let me know!

I am still having access problems. I can see the gallery when I go to Today's Additions from the main page, and I can see My Favorites. However, I cannot see the gallery when I click on the Gallery link at the top of the page or when I click on My Gallery. Whenever I click on the two latter links, I get this message:
This section is currently down for maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Rest assured that we're working hard to restore the service, and bring the site back on-line as soon as possible.
I have cleared my cache, exited the Internet, rebooted my computer all to no avail. Any other suggestions I might try?
Charlene's message is the same as mine, practicly word to word...I have cleared out my my cache, cookies etc too. And to no avial I get the same popup too. Started yesterday.
At first I thought I was the only one, cauze when I go into other one's they have uploaded cards today....I guess the name of the game is patience!
But it is scarry....especially when SCS is your life...hehe!
I am having the same errors. I have cleared cache and deleted cookies twice and I have rebooted. I can't upload a card, I can't see my gallery or favorites. The only thing that I can really successfully is the forms. This started for me last night as well. We know you're working on it Lydia! But just wanted to report whats going on.
I finally had a brain storm and unpluged my power cord from outlet, and plugged it back in again, then I got my arm back again (gallery).....I was just telling Cindy it was like loosing your arm..hehe
So all u ladies who are still having problems getting in your gallery, and have cleared out your cookies and cache..try unpluging you computer from the wall and pluging it back in again...TG it worked for me...I don't know if thats the same thing as rebooting...I thought rebooting was just turning off computer and turning it back on again. Anyway it worked!!
Lydia, I was not on SCS's site last night when this problem supposedly first occurred but I just went on the site a few minutes ago and I am getting the message that it's being worked on. Is it being worked on now?
Is it just me and my computer or are others having trouble not being able to get into their gallery when you click 'my gallery' at the side of the page. Seems I can get a few that belong to others but not mine...still under maintence maybe??
Lydia, I am still having issues when I try to click on the Gallery links using Internet Explorer. however, everything works like a charm when using FireFox. So it looks like the cached error is being retained in Internet Explorer. I know that you say the issue is still fixed, but I do believe parts of it are still lingering....Hope this helps.
Interestingly enough I can get in just fine using IE but not my Firefox. I tried everything that has been suggested but it's a no go....bummer too since I like using Firefox
Hopefully it will straighten itself out sooner or later.

HA! Wow - that is the first time I've heard that!! However, if you have a cache problem, it's going to be in your go-to browser because that's where your history is stored.
Also, please make sure you're not accessing the gallery through Foxmarks or a bookmark - those are little baby caches

Yes, I followed your instructions other than dl a newer version of firefox because I did that the other day. And then I restarted my computer. Still keep getting the same message when I try to get to my gallery. Gotta go to bed now so I will try again in the morning! Thanks Lydia!
I've cleared my cache -- cookies -- history everything, I rebotted and still not get into the gallery. We can send a man to the moon but we can't get me into the SCS gallery....waaaaahhhhh. Any other ideas?
I had the problem this morning, cleared my cache, cookies, trash, etc. and am having a problem again now. Now, I can't view anyone's gallery, or my own, but I can view individual cards. Weird....anything going on tonight?
