Hi Ladies!
So glad to see so many of you using your stash! Sorry to be so delinquent from this thread but I have not created any cards (until this week) since my hubby went to be with the Lord in late April.
I had to have dental surgery this past Monday and was instructed to take it easy, so I decided to try to regain my mojo and create a few cards! It was tough getting started but once I did, I was able to create seven unique cards :-)
I will most likely use as an encouragement card. Sunflower Season
Hugs and thanks again for participating!
Made in July, this card is for the Sketch Challenge, SC917 - 8/3/22 as a new member of the Sketch Card Sample team. It is also for my Christmas Card Stash for 2022!
OLD items: SU: Into the Woods dies (2018 Holiday Mini); NEW/OLD: Reverse Confetti Cuts-Winter Words "peace" (purchase of 2016) & Spellbinders Elegant Twist Etched Ovals (purchase of 2017)...it was time to use both these sets of dies!
Hi Everyone! This card was designed with a newer set (that has not seen much ink yet) along with some newer unused items and supplies. F4A647_SC304 Light of the World
Thanks again for sharing your lovely creations and helping to keep this challenge going- hugs to all!
There are lots of things going on with how my card came to be. First, my card idea started with the Sketch Challenge SC918. Inspiration was also taken from other SCS challenges, plus I'm working on my "Challenge Catch-up" cardmaking goal as well.
OLD: M-Stewart butterfly punch (15 yrs old--last used???); Ribbon...stash lurker 5 yrs+...(rubber band attaching to old-fashioned clothes pin rotted off!) OLD/NEW: Boho Indigo Kit (papers from kit and stamp set--(SU 2020-21 Annual catalog).
Anyone else have oodles of cardstock they are keeping for some reason? Well I have got some cut files I will be working on to try and get rid of some scraps.
This card is for an August birthday that I am finally getting posted.
My OLD/ DUSTY items: My Spellbinders Lattice die-cut frame, which must be at least 12 years old if not older, and the sheer black ribbon, another clothespin ribbon wrap that the rubberband had actually rotted on! My OLD/ NEW item used: I've had this Recollections paper stack for at least four years, and I think this paper strips are actually the first time I've used the papers, though I love the whole stack. I think this means, I have to much paper!
Thanks so much for having this thread and this challenge. Often, by the time I get to use something it has already been retired or discontinued! If not for this challenge, I would only be posting in my gallery where it would probably go unnoticed. So, thank you again for all of your work!

I'm working on my "Challenge Catch-up" cardmaking goal plus my Christmas card 2022 stash.
My OLD/ DUSTY item: Spellbinders Splendid Circles way back in 2012. I've only used it once when I first purchased it. I'm not sure why, it is a beautiful die!
I can't remember the month and year that this kit is from, but SU used to include quite a bit of product for us to continue to use. So, my left-overs fill quite a few boxes. Today, they have really gotten better at estimating what is needed. Actually, I had to grab more glue dots to finish a recent project, so they are really calling it close now. Still, I'm enjoying all of the extras from before. Thanks for Looking!
