MIX390 Do More of What Makes You Happy (7-17-2020)
Title: Do More of What Makes You Happy Hostess: Scrapacat (Ky) Keyword: MIX390
Bizarre. That's what I think when I first awake. How. Bizarre. Art is our escape. For some, it is our ground. It's what anchors us. I want you to play. Play hard. Love your tools and toys. Do what makes you happy!
Challenge: Anything goes. No stress, no judgement - just make sure you use two or more mediums on your card.
I made this yesterday for the Alpha Challenge Letter P; however, I feel it fits the MIX challenge as well. And I hope we can post more than one entry as I have another project in mind too.

Monthly: MMJ Challenge….get inky and have fun
Still working on catching up on the challenges. Not sure why, but I print each one out and have it in my Happy Planner. I got behind over the summer with building my blog and going to NY with my hubby as he interviewed for a new job (He got it!). Now that I am a single parent during a pandemic, I have time on my hands to play catch up!
This one was a fun one. It allowed me to play with my new Distress Oxide ink pads. I had never played with them before! OMG! I never knew what I was missing!
I'm playing my "Challenge Catch-up" cardmaking. The blues and silver colors for my Dove of Peace Christmas card make me joyful and happy! Mediums: dye-base ink (sponging), silver embossing powder, white acrylic paint.
