Hello all, Kia with you for this week's Clean and Simple Challenge. Many of us are buried in snow this time of year. Many are buried in sunshine ... you lucky ones! But rain, shine or snow, I think we all love birds. And that is what I would like to see fill the gallery today. Whether they be fun, whimsical or life like, our feathered friends are asked to "tweet" us today. CAS468 - Gallery

Instead of The More You Know I would like to share with you my favourite bird, who is my little CC, short for Cinnie C. She is a Cinnamon Pied Cockatiel who is now 17 months old. Her cage is always open, unless it is night time, and she is loved by all who visit her. In this picture she is learning to push the shopping cart so I can blame her for the happy mail!
Awwww....CC is gorgeous! It amazes me at how smart birds and animals are!! I'm so happy to be off work today....it's difficult to play in the challenges during the work week! Thanks for the fun challenge and beautiful samples!!

Kia - fun challenge and thanks for jump starting me into the next holiday . . . Valentine's kind of got away from me and with an EARLY easter, I don't want the same thing to happen . . .
I included an owl for today's CAS challenge- adding some fussy cut spiky grass to mimic my spiky inked background. Added simple embellishments and a HB sentiment- to go to my DS for his 25th birthday. Used my spiky-cut cardboard cup for my mask for my inking- went with ink, spray and smash- adding some additional shine with modge podge. Here's Forest HB
