I am again looking for specific scripture, this time from Philippians 2:9-10 on a stamp. Has anyone seen this scripture available?
Doesn't have to have all the words, it could just be the reference. I'm trying to make my own background paper with different names of Christ...
Creator
Bread of Life
Prince of Peace
Risen Lord
Immanuel
Savior
King of Kings
Pray for me! This isn't an easy task for me but I do want to be a blessing in my ability to make invitations.
Oh Faye! I was just at the thrift store and they have clear stamps with those names! It was 75 cents and today is 1/2 off day! They closed an hour ago but I could stop in tomorrow and see if its still there. Even at full price, 75 cents is cheap. Its this set...

That would be great! I did see its on Amazon if it isn't still there...if you don't mind looking and then dropping it in the mail to me. I think that would be cheaper though my husband does have prime...
Hi Faye...Yes it does need to have the Scripture Verse as well, not just the reference. I love the idea of your background paper. Also, if you can't find a stamp with Philippians 2:9-10 on it, you can always type it on your computer and add to your card. :-) LM

OK Ladies, I know that this card does not have Scripture but I totally love this new stamp set from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps (Hymn Blocks) and wanted to share with all of you as well. It is currently on pre-order at SNSS but it has eight different hymn blocks (some of my favorites) and is perfect for cards as well as Bible Art Journaling. I am on their DT but do not receive any commission, just wanted to share :-)
Ladies, I'm so sorry I'm so far behind! I read your posts often, but I'm in the middle of plans for my sons wedding, which is on the 16th. They've not thought a lot out and Im the organized one in the family and the financial backer as well! So maybe after the wedding, I can get my craft room back!
Hi Everyone! I am no longer on the ODBD DT (I stepped down due to time constraints- we are trying to prep 2 homes for sale- long story..), anyway, I love their Scripture stamps for card making and used Psalm 130:8 from their Scripture Collection 9 for this card:
Hi Everyone! Here are two cards using Psalm 34:8 and the same layout but different colors/papers...trying to promote this wonderful challenge thread :-)
Here is a card using Phil 1:6- love this Scripture! We are studying the Judgment Seat of Christ in our Sunday morning ABE (Adult Bible Education class). This verse reminds me that Christ will complete in us the good works He has planned for us but we need to be willing and ready to serve in ministry as well. As I get older and my body is aching with constant pain, I am finding it difficult to serve in the same way as I used to, but am thankful that I can make cards to send and encourage others! May we never get tired of serving our Lord and Savior!!
Thank you Julie for continuing to post to this thread, I am planning to be back to my more normal days soon which will include making cards to share with friends, they can include scripture.
Most of the cards I make of late have been for donation and can not have scripture on them.

Hi everyone... So sorry I have been absent. I started up in a Ministry this Fall and it has been very time-consuming. I appreciate that Julie has so faithfully been posting her beautiful cards with thought-provoking Scriptures. Thanks also to Faye for posting.
Ladies...Please let me know if you would like me to continue hosting this Challenge. If so, I will post a new thread for 2018.

Blessings, LM :-)
I vote for a new thread!
My desire for 2018 is to make some scripture cards to send this year. I donate about 600 cards a year to our local infusion bay area at the hospital but I don't make any scripture ones for them...my own card making has been hit or miss since I started that donation 3 or 4 years ago.
Need to reclaim some personal card making in 2018!

Here is another project for this month (for my craft room)- this would probably work with a bit of modification for a monthly verse...hmmn...may have to work on that in 2018 :-)
Isaiah 46:4 is a verse I'm clinging to these days.

Hi Everyone!! I have been making quite a few cards for encouragement in January using Scripture (did not see the new 2018 thread yet)... here is one of them:
