Default What's the name of these things?

I don't have any photos but I'm hoping someone can help me. I'm cleaning out some of my craft supplies that I got from my mom and came across these round, metal organizational things that have magnets on the bottoms of them. Any ideas?

Need a little more than that to go on please Are the tops clear?

But they sound like the tins people stick to walls or fridges that can be used for all kinds of things including spices, office supplies and craft items.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. These are items from Stampin Up (I swear since my brain is usually 100% on Stampin Up, I figure other people just KNOW I'm talking about SU LOL) Anyways, yes the tops are clear, and there are either 4 or 6 sections in each container to hold/store embellishments, buttons, brads, etc.

Sounds like some of the containers that embellishments came in in the past and perhaps she just stuck a magnet on the bottom for organizational purposes. I've been a customer since 2003 and cannot think of any products that came with a magnet that you described in that time period. Could be something before than that I am not familiar with.
