Default printing a book

omgarsh. i have only had one other book printed and i had to do it twice to get it right. i design in photoshop or elements. i want to use mixbook. i just want to know the dimension i need to make the page and then an "inner dimension" that contains stuff i would not trimmed off. i tried live chatting with someone. ugh. i am in tears. i have a binding system at home but now i can only find the albums in like 10 or 12 packs and that would be a lifetime supply. i bought it because i could never figure one of those sites out. any suggestions? mixbooks has a video and the person is using a calculator off to the side but she must be making it as she goes along, i want to use photoshop and plunk the completed pages in, so i need to have the right size from the get go. no?
