Default Hello...again!

Hi, everyone! I'm back! LOL

I took a few-year hiatus (my daughter will be 4 in Jan; I think you can guess the reason I've been MIA). I've done some sewing/crochet/knitting over the last few years and a random card here or there when one was needed, but recently really started missing my papercrafting! One of the ladies I work with is from India and she does paper quilling...somehow we talked her into a "lunch and learn" and that has jump started my need for all things stamp and papers! I've reached out to my 'old' SU! demo and have signed up for a couple of classes and ordered some paper and now I'm ready!

I was looking back through my card gallery and absolutely CRINGING over some of my first attempts at cards and thinking how far I've come...hopefully it will all come back! I'm still leaning toward a CAS/cute style, but a lot of that is our small house and no room to spread my 'stuff' out and leave it...and it's a real pain to have to haul everything out of the closet for an hour or so here and there (with a full-time job, hubby, dog/cats, house to care for, toddler, etc, I'm lucky to get that) and then put it all away.

But I'm soooo excited to be back!

Happy Thursday, ya'll!

OMG I was doing the same thing today - deleting old photos off my hard drive and seeing some of those old cards - ouch! But it's fun to see how far we've come!

Well welcome back - I can't wait to see what you do!

Hi Toni and welcome back, from New Zealand! That is great you are finding the time and inclination for more paper crafting now that your little one is a little bit older!
