I don't have an office depot nearby...boo hoo. I used to buy them for that price whenever Staples ran a sale, but they haven't had a sale in a long time.

That might be due to them buying out Office Depot.
The envelopes at Staples actually increased over the years. I think the last time I looked they wanted $13.49 for a box of 100!! Staples is not realy close either, so I have to just stop in and check whenever I get near one.
The two Office Depots in St. Charles and Batavia, IL, are shutting down, so everything is liquidation prices from 10-40% off regular price. The envelopes are 10% off.
Ugh, I am doing a huge project and could really use those $5 envelopes!
So sorry if anyone went running around- the lady told me it would include all stores.....I found mine in Wheaton Illinois at the Naperville Road store (Blanchard Circle area).

You could check Hollow's just outside of Cleveland and see if they would ship. They have great prices but I'm not sure if they ship. Have you looked at Walmart?

Thanks, I was able to reserve them in Wheaton where Shelly got hers. I put six boxes on reserve, and my husband actually encouraged me to get more! He is the worst enabler.
Share with friends and order 1000 for $18.61 from Heinrich Envelopes in Minneapolis, MN. S & H was $17.16 to South Carolina. That makes them $3.58 per 100.
I went to Office Depot today, but their envelopes were not on sale. As I was leaving, a checker asked me if I found what I was looking for. I told him I was told about the $5 envelopes and he said that Office Depot pulled that sale because they were so popular, but since I had seen that price, he would sell me a box for $5. Then I heard him telling another checker that they were $5 at Office Max. I stopped by there later and saw that they did have them for this price, so try your Office Max store.

Hahaha, all those crazy cardmakers making a run on Office Depots across the nation! ;)
