This week's Inspiration Challenge comes from the fabulous designs from the NYC Store of Michele Varian . I saw her shop of home furnishings, jewelry and exquisite curiosities described as Woodland nymph meets Edgar Allen Poe.
For those of you who say you get overwhelmed with having too many choices, Ive uploaded five of my favorites so just stick with one (or all) of those for your inspiration.
The rest of you, remember to let us know which product from Michele Varian that inspired you.
Use the keyword: IC401 (no spaces or extra characters) when you upload your card, and make sure you put commas between your key words.
PS winners of the Fan Club Gallery Subscriptions from the IC400 Celebration are:
How to Play ~ View the attached images. You may be inspired to recreate the pieces ~ but that isn't necessary ... get your inspiration from the colors, layout, style or 'theme'. Just enjoy wherever your inspired creative journey takes you. Remember, if you are inspired by the creation of another artist, please do not use print-outs of the art in your creation or directly copy their work. Make the inspiration piece your own. Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong' and there is no time limit for uploading your card for the challenge. There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild ~ be *inspired* and go get stamping!
Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Also, remember to link to your SCS gallery on this thread. Thank you for joining me on this inspiration journey.

I was inspired by the Ultra Suede Applique Pillow Bliss Multi 20 X 20 with its delightful colors and patterns. I used SU's Button, Button and Sew Suite for my stamped images, and attached them to my sewn background with a tartan hair clip, with a bright pink and melon patterned fabric tie. Here's IC401 Colorful Buttons

here is mine
my inspiration for this card came from this pillow in Michele Varian's shop
I struggled with this one. :???: I think because it's possibly too literal and the peacock in these colors is too much like a Thanksgiving Turkey image. Not what I was going for. I did another in black that the colors really pop from and is much more my style. I'll try to get it uploaded later.

One more card for last Saturday's IC. I was inspired by a pillow at the site, as well as, a card in Harriet's (hskelly-today's CAS challenge Alumni) gallery.
