Default Copic color combo

I am trying to figure out a good combo to color a Golden Retriever.. When I use YR24 YR23 Y21 & Y11 its just too dark for my liking.. I am farily.. ok ok REAL new to using them and not sure where to go to look for something like this..

Any suggestions?

Maybe check out the blogs of some Copics artists/instructors.

I would suggest starting here:
I Like Markers

and once you're in the above blog, on the right side of the blogpost there are a whole bunch of links to blogs that belong to MANY talented copics instructors.

That might give you lots of resources to check out and with some of the instructors, you might be able to post questions.

you may want to try yr30, yr31, yr24 with E37 and E99 for deeper tones just a suggestion as I am not near my copics- E50, E51, E53 and Y21 maybe if you want a much lighter color

Try Suzanne Dean's blog. You will find color combos for Copics.
