We R Memory keepers mini 8 punch

I don't know if I'm directing this to the right place; I'm still new at this, so my apology..
I need some help with these punches.. The problem I'm having is when Iflip to punch the reverse side I have two opposite sides with ragged edges. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Just viewed the video. According to the directions, I appear to be doing things right, as far as lining up the paper in the corners. At this point I'm wondering if perhaps the size of my the smaller size paper my be off a bit. I don't seem to have this problem with the 12x12 sheets. Thanks again for caring and sharing, Bugga in OK
