I usually just use either adhesive pearls or Stickles Liquid Pearls.

I suppose you can get googlie eyes at most craft stores if that is preferable.

How about black brads that the pins/fasteners are removed? Or how about punching 3 or 4 small black round circles, gluing them together and using UTEE or other shiny sealant on them? It would be time consuming, but at least you'd have something.

A fishing supplies shop should have them or try online if you don't have one locally. I just searched eBay and came up with lots (like these or these ) - I just used "fish eye lure" as my search.

HTH!

Geesh! When I first see your request, I thought "go to a voodoo shop."

I had never heard of these as bait. No wonder you wanted that particular item. Could could still make your own with reflective paper circles under the shiny black ones...

How big or small? Try CR's Craft online

CR's Crafts

They are a doll and bear supplier, but search on "animal eyes" and you'll see what they have.

My guy is a metalsmith/sculptor and almost all of his work is sea life, so he has boxes of eyes down in the shop and that's where he gets them.

Looks like 4.5 mm is the smallest. Then they go up from there. He bought a pair for a 12 foot long barracuda he made. They were huge.
