I don't know how Rusty at Oozak does it. He is always this fast . He must have a fantastically efficient ordering and shipping system. Maybe he uses roller skates :lol:
A couple of years ago before the Copic price increase I am sure he was overwhelmed with orders. I placed an order early in the morning and got a shipping notice within about an hour. Later in the afternoon that SAME day I placed a second order ( poor planning on my part) and I got the second shipping notice within about an hour.
I noticed the order numbers between my first and second order and he had over 200 orders between my two orders . Yet every one went out that day .
Plus he doesn't mess up the orders either.
