My header is gone and I have a 403 message??

I went to put a new post on my blog and my header is gone and it has a message "403 Forbidden This file is removed due to violation of Imageshack term of service or by user request." I have had this blog for several years ? Any help or insite as to what might have happened. I would appreciate any help or information. Not sure what is going on.

Hi Donna - looks like whatever image you were using for your header has been removed. Do you have that Rita of Coffeeshop contact info? Looks like she was hosting that image somewhere and it's been taken down.
